Can I remove my Business Listing?
Recently, we've received a few requests to remove listings by merchants who may have not received favorable reviews from their customers. The PalmCoast.biz Business Directory reserves the right to include any merchant organization that currently does business in Flagler County, Florida.
In order to protect the integrity of the Business Directory and any valid testimonials offered by local patrons, a business listing cannot be removed from the directory without some evidence that the organization no longer does business in Flagler County.
Q: What gives you the right to list our business in your directory?
A: The first amendment of the U.S. Constitution. All business listing information on this website has been compiled from public information, and therefore does not violate any privacy, copyright or trademark laws.
Reputable business organizations usually welcome additional exposure and feedback from their customers. Most likely, if you are looking to have your business removed it is because you received a feedback that you do not wish people to see. If this is the case, please see the following Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What do I do if I receive a Bad Feedback Rating?
2. How do I raise our Community Standing?
If you would like to report an abusive testimonial, please use the link next to defamatory feedback to open an investigation.
