Yes, you may update or completely remove feedback ratings that you've previously left at any time. To do this, first log-in and then goto the appropriate merchant listing and locate your feedback rating.
Next to your feedback rating, click on "Update your Feedback" and you will be able to modify or remove your feedback on that listing.
