Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!    Brighthouse has even worse service than that rendered under their actual name, Cox. If packaging the same business under a different name to deceive the consumer isn't unethical enough, then try constant rudeness, lies, repeated malfunctions and failures to compensate or correct problems in any meaningful way. They offered me a 23-cent discount. I am on the phone with them several times a month to report problems. They send out repairmen who never show when they are supposed to, and when they do, they replace my box with another defective used one, and I lose all my recorded shows and thus any reason to have their service. These people are slime who must be judged by where they work, or else they would not work there. I am now forced to have a satellite put onto my roof because I cannot be treated like a second-class person while giving them many hundreds of dollars anymore. Just get a satellite and save yourself the trouble. It's cheaper and has so many less problems.  [MORE]

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended    Highly recommend this great, clean walk-in care center! Palm Coast needs to know this place is here! We've used them twice now, no more waiting hours to be seen. The doctors and staff are super and efficient, place is new and clean, and they even call back a few days after treatment to follow up. A little hard to find at first - in Town Center, just west of hospital, north of the Seminole Woods/Rte. 100 intersection. Can't recommend enough!  [MORE]

He did a great job and we have continued to use him ever since (going on 6 years). Our home has remained totally pest free. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended    I used Gold Champagne for my kitchen and bath remodel. Since I've been through this before, I started out with high hopes but prepared for the grief and aggravation that always seems to accompany these projects. The Gold Champagne team did a great job making this the most stress free project I have ever had done. Jerry proposed great design ideas that we ended up going with to maximize our space and make the kitchen flow better. His suggestions with colors and styles also were greatly appreciated. The installation team (Sam & Matt) were very nice and professional. They showed up when they said they would each day, they quickly solved unexpected problems and kept me in the loop. Jerry also visited the job daily to inspect the work and make sure it was up to his, and our standards. In the end, the job looks great and I am very pleased. Although I usually dread having to get work done, the Gold Champagne team never let me down. I will definitely use them again in the future.  [MORE]

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended    She's a magnificent dentist with the heart of gold. She's extremely skillful and on top of that, she was understanding and very compassionate to my needs. She was selfless made sacrifices to do whatever she could for me and provide me with dental care even with my financial instabilities. One of a kind dentist, unfortunately, she's moved to California now. I envy those lucky people. Now my children and I have to put our faith in someone less competent and also lack compassion. The owner of Waterside Pools, Jason Pavlow, provided us with a professional presentation and package and we liked his ideas. After checking references, licensing and the BBB, there was no doubt - - we chose WATERSIDE POOLS, INC.   Jason had his finger on the pulse throughout the construction and always kept us informed (along with our weekly calls from Kristine). The subcontractors that worked on our pool were skilled in their trades and at the end of 5 weeks, we had a beautiful quality pool.  Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Waterside Pools.   Jason: Thanks for a Very Pleasant Experience. I went to Jamhs and obtained more than I was looking for. Exceptional work, great, great price, and guess what? a follow-up phone call a couple of days later! Unbelievable.
