Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!    Warning to senior citizens and retirees. This firm preys on the elderly. Used them for 2 years. They insisted that we should leave money in the governments hands instead of requesting a full refund (in case we owed money the following year). Bad advice! We clearly would not have owed money. They just wanted to guarantee we would need to come back. The next year they neglected to report distribution (income) from IRA and never returned bank distribution form. Then tried to intimidate us into purchasing audit protection insurance. What a scam!!! Deliberately manipulating return to insure additional business. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Deliberately scaring elderly taxpayers. Do not use them to prepare your personal return. They are sneaky, rotten and deceitful.  [MORE]

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended    What an exceptional pediatric dentist office. This is the 3rd office in 2 years my daughter has gone to. They have accomplished so much and been so patient, my daughter actually asks to go back and gets super excited when I tell her we are going. Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!    Dr Martin left us completely on our own last year to solve a medical mystery when our teen was struck w an ongoing severe medical condition that she couldn't diagnose. With no help from her, we had to try to determine what types of specialists, who to see, where to go, how to find out what was going on. No referrals, no phone calls to any other drs, no help whatsoever. Parent's worst nightmare, after seeing child in nonstop horrible pain for a month by the time she finally saw her. (Couldn't get teen in as needed over the preceding 3 months whenever she'd have a respiratory problem which ultimately triggered something worse.) Dr sat across the room asking questions & typing into a laptop.No exam - no looking into eyes, ears, nose, mouth.No contact whatsoever. Although she is a dr, she is completely hands-off; I cannot remember the last time she ever checked those things on me as well(& ladies-no well-woman checkups either).I could never recommend her after this total letdown; switched.  [MORE]

Well Done - Would Use Again    ordered 5x from them and have to say im satisfied, food is always good, hot and fresh, the drivers are always nice, me and my nephews REALLY LOVE the parmesean breadsticks they are great, love the wings, there always cooked right not to fatty, and taste good, the chicken strips are not that pressed crap like most, they are like a chicken cutlet, very delicious!! pizza crust and bottom is good, sauce is to sweet for me, delivery is always there within 30minutes, they only forgot my dipping sauces once..but it understandable..busy ness sometimes happens so sauces are sometimes forgettable , but very satisfied with them, i stick to papajohns now cheap, fast and good  [MORE]

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!    ordered from them the middle of lasy year for me mom and nephews, me and mom both got a chicken item and the kids a small cheese pizza, me and mom got massivly sick for 2-3 days and the kids do not, i wrote to them, talked to them , there insaurance called me, we had the interview about the food, and yet are they taking responcibiliyty for their food getting us sick, they tryed sending a coupon and a letter saying there food wasnt the reason why we were sick, but me and mom know it was, i use to work at a dominos like pizza place and i know what makes you sick and how,that place is very unsanitary, found out the place defrost wings then puts them back in the freezer which is unsanitary and can cause sickness, the manager is very rude there and there corporte office is a joke, all they care about is the money and their customers, I have never bought anything from them ever since then, I wonder how many people got sick that day ofter ordering from there, would not reccomend them EVER  [MORE]

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended    My heat stopped working recently, so I called one of the local business recommended on this site with a "thumbs-up". They came out and looked at my heater for about 10 minutes and told me I needed a compressor, and considering the age of the unit, I should replace the whole thing. I told them money was tight, so they wrote me their best estimate for $3,225, and charged me $70 for the "diagnostic visit". I found AirPros on an internet search and called them. They came over within 2 hours and spent almost an hour trying to rescusitate my ailing heat pump. Finally Robert told me there was no saving the unit. He wrote me an estimate for the same job, with better equipment for $2,600 - and didn't charge me a penny for their visit. Naturally, I had them do the job. They did it quickly and professionally and I'm very happy. They also quoted me a great price to do preventive maintenance on my other unit for a great price, and it's now running great too.
