Top of the Line - Highly Recommended    My son went to the dentist for the fist time last week. I was very worried because my son is a big chicken with everything lol. He was excellent and didn't complain about anything. The girl who cleaned his teeth was great with him explaining everthing she was going to do. Dr. Cruz was great and very nice as well. Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!    AUTOTECH IS NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF!!! BEWARE!! I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT WITH A YOUNG SON AND AUTOTECH TRIED THEIR HARDEST TO RIP ME OFF! THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME OVER 1700 TO FIX MY CAR! THE LIST OF THINGS HE SAID WERE WRONG WITH THE CAR WAS FAXED OVER TO ANOTHER COMPANY. TURNS OUT I DIDNT NEED HALF THE STUFF THAT HE SAID WAS WRONG AND HE WAS TRYING TO OVER CHARGE ME BY 1300.00!!! THEN EVEN WITH THE 1700.00 ESTIMATE HE WASNT EVEN SURE THAT THE CAR WOULD BE REPAIRED!! HE SAID THERE COULD STILL BE STUFF WRONG WITH IT! AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE AND I TRIED TO GET MY CAR TOWED TO THE OTHER REPAIR SHOP HE TRIED TO HIT ME WITH EXTRA CHARGES THAT WERE NOT DISCUSSED PREVIOUSLY I EVEN HAD TO GET A POLICE MAN INVOLVED, WHEN WE FINALLY AGREED TO MEET HALF WAY ON THE EXTRA CHARGE HE TRIED TO HUMILIATE ME BY CALLING ME A CHEAP SKATE IN FRONT OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND WORKERS. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE ALL DIRTBAGS THAT ARE OUT TO MAKE A QUICK DOLLAR. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE TO THESE IDIOTS!  [MORE]

Instead of the typical red rose arrangement the flowers I got were unique and bursting with color. They were very fresh and little details like ladybugs and butterflies in the arrangement. Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!    Tonight we ordered two pizzas both Sicilian pizzas, garlic knots, and then they gave us their complimentary bread with "dipping sauce." Never got the sauce! We got the pizzas and they were soggy. My wife called them back to ask for a credit next time we decided to have pizza. The manager became defensive and rude to my wife. He was extremely disrespectful to my wife on the phone. He demanded them be brought back to the store.   I drove them back to the store where he looked at the pizzas and told me they were fine. I had tasted them and they were soggy. He became rude, and I demanded him to apologize to my wife for his rudeness. He told me we were not welcome there anymore. Trust me, we don't want your pizza or food anymore and no one else should be subjected to bad food and horrible treatment!   Believe the bad reviews above as the good ones are far from realistic. This guy is a horrible businessman and is disrespectful to women!   Shame on you Mezzaluna!!     [MORE]
