Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! My mom hired this company years ago to clean her windows. She ended up with a trip to the hospital. The man outside cleaning the window applied so much pressure to the window that it fell in and smashed on my mom's head. To be honest, the work wasnt very good to begin with, nevermind what we thought after we rushed her to the hospital. John Trueman (I've met him only a few times, but I know this much) is a liar and in my opinion, a real lowlife. I've asked around and found i'm not the only one who thinks this way of him, or his company. I dont reccommend this company. -Lynn
