Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We had previously dealt with another flooring company for all the work in our home. When we went back for new bedroom carpet, they showed little interest in helping us so we went to James Carpeting. The people in the showroom were helpful without being annoying. They gave us a price and sent someone to measure. Their price included moving all the furniture and putting it back in place. There was a small issue with the delivery of the carpet, but they fixed the problem and the carpet was installed on the promised date, even though it would have been easier for them to reschedule. They went our of their way to do what they had told us they would do. We will go back.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Recommended by a relative, we were very satisfied with the entire process, from visiting the store with its wonderful choices and being pleasantly greeted and assisted by the two female employees, to having the efficient, very knowledgeable owner come out a few days later to measure and make recommendations, to delivery of the laminate by a friendly delivery man, to installation of the laminate and carpet by two separate teams of experienced, friendly, efficient installers over a brief time span. Communication was great, and the dates and times of delivery and service were followed. With wonderful products and great service, James Brothers Carpet and Tile is our choice for flooring.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Wanted to let the general public know if they are in need of new floors,this is the place to go.I had been to the "box stores" and even got a quote,but had been referred to James Flooring by a neighbor,so I stopped by their location,and am so glad I did. They have a large store,with carpet,tile,and all other types of floor.I was helped by the two girls in the office they really knew what they were talking about(not like at the "box store")I even learned a few things!The owner came to my home and provided a quote,and within a couple of days his workman were installing my new floors.There we different installers for wood and carpet, but all of the gentlemen were very professional and particular with their work. Everything went quickly and smoothly which was exactly what I wanted.The girls in the office made sure I was provided with all the warranty information,they went as far as taking the time to review the care I need to provide to the products I purchased.Very pleased,you will be 2

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I don't usually leave feedback, but James Flooring of Palm Coast did an exceptional job! I contracted them to install all types of floors throughout my house. When I first visited their showroom, the selection was amazing, and the girls in the showroom were so helpful. They had great design tips. The owner of the buisness was very hands on, he was the one to visit my home several times to take measurements, and supply samples. From the tile, to the wood, to the carpet in the bedrooms, I simply love it all, and it's all thanks to the quality products, and workmanship provided by James Flooring. Don't waste time visiting other stores, this store is the "complete package".

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We picked the carpet and tile out in their store and they were very helpful. Did an excelent job with the installing.
