Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Slow to return phone calls. Overall, rude demeanor and poor customer service. Questionable reputation. Beware and do your homework before hiring Coast Title!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have been involved in hundreds of real estate closings and I have never experienced such an amazing level of professionalism and efficiency as I did with Coast Title. My closer was able to not only turn an extemely stressful and volatile closing into a smooth successful transaction but she was aslo able to correct title errors made by previous title companies with her exquisite knowledge and expertise! By far the BEST TITLE COMPANY IN THE COUNTY!!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! They did not do their job correctly and really screwed things up for our closing which should have been real simple, now we are stuck trying to fix it ourselves. They did nothing to try to fix the situation and ignored our calls and were not professional. We will never use them again and will not refer anyone to them.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! What i thought was going to be a smooth closing ended up being a nightmare!!! I will never use them again nor will i recomend them to anyone. They never got back to any of my phone calls and when they did they were very rude and rushed!
