Well Done - Would Use Again PURCHASED THE CLEANEST USED CAR AT AGREAT PRICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HANDLED VERY WELL, WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND FRIENDS AND OTHERS, GREAT SELECTION OF CLEAN LATE MODEL CARS AND TRUCKS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I would definitely recommend Car Time. I have never had a bad experience with Dave. I have previously purchased 2 vehicles and both times the experience were stress free. The last purchase I bought a truck sold "AS IS" and in less than 2 months I started to have electrical problems. I called Dave to see if he can fix the problem and I would pay him. He took it upon himself to have the truck towed to his shop and fix the problem at no cost. I was so grateful because he didn't have to do that. As previously mentioned I purchased the truck AS IS, this what I call great customer service.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I AM A 60 YEAR OLD WOMAN AND TOTAL DISABLED. I AM VERY HEARTBREAKING ABOUT ALL THIS, I TOLD THE MGR THAT I GET PAY TWICE OR MONTHLY AND I CAN MAKE MY PAYMENT BY TWO WEEKS OR MONTHLY. HE AGREE TO IT. HE HAVE BEEN TAKING MONTHLY PAYMENT FROM ME. I GET MY CAR REPOSSESS FROM ME FOR 3 WEEKS PAST DUES NOT MONTHLY. I TOLD HIM WHY DID HE TAKING MY CAR WHEN I AM ONLY 3 WEEKS BEHIND NOT 4 WEEKS TO PAY MONTHLY? HE TOLD ME I SIGN A WEEKLY PAYMENT REGARDING WHAT HE SAID ABOUT THE MONTHLY PAYMENT. HE GIVE ME NASTY ATTITUDE ABOUT IT. I HAVE PUT DOWN 3,000 DOWN IN MARCH 2011 AND THIS WHAT I GET IN RETURN FOR 3 WEEKS PAST DUE. I TOLD HIM HE CAN KEEP THE CAR BECAUSE IF I GET WEEKLY BEHIND, HE WILL COME TOW AND CHARGE ME A RECOVER FEE 300.00 FOR EACH TOW. I HAVE BEEN VERY FAITHFUL CUSTOMER TO HIM. I AM LIVING ON MY PENSION, AND I CAN'T AFFORD EACH RECOVER FEE. I AM VERY HEARTBREAKING. FOR ME TO GET MY CAR BACK, I HAVE TO PAY 300+ 280.. I TOLD HIM TO KEEP ITTTTTTTTTTT. HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TOUCH IT.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I can not believe this guy at car time treated me this way. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him 2 of them being paid off and the third almost paid off. I work residential construction and we all know thats real slow these days. I am in between jobs right now so I got a little behind on payments and the jerk repo my truck and like I said it's almost paid off. I'll never do business with them again.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Great place to buy a clean car.they have a huge selection to chose from.I've bought 3 vehicles there.had great luck with all.I send all the people I know there.they also have a full repair shop as .will definitely go back!!!

Well Done - Would Use Again I've purchased several vehicles over the years, and have recommended several family members and friends to shop here also. I have always been treated with prompt and courteous service. Buying a used car you have to expect a few bugs, they have always taken care of anything I needed right away.

Well Done - Would Use Again I actually have had and am still having a nice experience with Car Time, I bought my car one year ago and it is running great, while buying a used car is risky, if you take the right steps,( a test drive, take it to a mechanic or someone who knows cars before you buy it, and have regular maintenence done on it(oil changes, servicing) you shouldnt have many problems...Dont believe everything you hear, I would recommend car time to anyone, they dont have high pressure salesmen, and they have even worked with me if i was late on a few payments...

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I bought a car from this place in January and have brought it in numerous times to be fixed and they have not fixed the problem as of yet, the owner is very rude and has the attitude that its your fault/problem. I have contacted agencies and hope to get this problem resolved. Everytime I go in there to make a payment, someone else is there to get their car fixed as well, what I cant understand, why isnt everybody who got burnt, striking or filing a complaint? I can not afford to lose $6000.00.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Yes, I realize that you do take risks when buying a used car, especially from a "tote the note" dealer, but the car that was purchased by us was a disaster from the word go. We put well over $1200.00 worth of repairs into it before it finally took it's last breath, with $400.00 worth of payments still left. Their overall attitude was that it was no longer there problem, just keep making the payments. Manager not at all friendly, and makes it seem as if he is doing you a favor by selling you the lemon to begin with.
