Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I order the Chicken Alfredo Pasta all the time. Its awesome, always hot and always on time. The manager and staff are so very nice. I had a discrepancy one time with a charge and the manager came right out to meet me and to make sure it was not there error. Turned out it was my banks error. This store is the best around. Dont change a thing.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk This evening we ordered a thin crust pizza 1/2 pepperoni, and 1/2 peppers and mushrooms. It was like eating a shingle. DRY, DRY DRY and very tasteless. My husband said it was the worst pizza he ever had, and he is not a fussy eater, by far. Stay clear. We will not be back.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We have not been In pizza Hut in Bunnell in about a month ,Me and My husband usually plan a lunch Date when we don't have the kids so pizza hut is always at a good price and good food! Coming in the door we are greeted by Dorothy She is a waitress/Hostess , she always remembers us as soon as we enter.She really makes customers feel comfortable and wanting to come back again she jokes around and has a great personailty to work there. The rest of the Staff there are very friendly and easy going, We always get the buffet and the Pizza is hot and fresh , and they have a wide variety of different Pizzas to chose from, the salad bar is always in excellent order and everything is always so clean. Our drinks always stay full ,the staff there is on top of everything to make sure each customer is happy. We Highly Recommend this Pizza Hut and to ask for Dorothy as your server she is very pleasent every time we come in.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I AGREE WITH REBECA, WE HAD ORDERED 2 TIMES THERE, AND BOTH PIZZA'S WERE COOKED TOTALLY WRONG. IT WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED BUT WE TOOK IT ANYWAY BECAUSE WE WAITED A LONG TIME AND WERE VERY HUNGRY. THERE WAS NO OFFER OR APOLOGY AT ALL.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I really like coming to this particular pizza hut to have lunch. The employees are very nice and helpfuland the food is hot and very good. I am always greeted at the door with a smile. The store is always clean. It is very nice to beable to go toa resaurant to eat and see such familiar faces and know that you are getting treated as an individual and not just "another customer". I also have pizza delivered from this store for mychildren at least once a week and the drivers are punctual and friendly. They tell me about 45 minutes for delivery and I always get my pizza on time or sometimes earlier then what was told to me on the phone when I order.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Going to the Pizza Hut located in Bunnell has become a once a week event for my niece, nephew and I. The staff is great and very professional. They tend to all the needs of a three year old and seven year old. They are always willing to go the extra step to make my dinning experience a great one. As soon as I walk in the front door there is a waiter or waitress there to greet me with a smile. When I am seated the waitress always reminds me of Pizza Huts new specials that work out great for my party of three. The buffet is always fresh and hot with more pizza coming out before I can ask. The variety of the buffet is great too. Overall I would have to say that eating at Pizza Hut is a great expierence for my family, and they have become part of mine. Thanks for all the great dinners!!! I would recommend to anyone!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk This Pizza Hut has never been able to get a order on time or right. The last pizza ordered from them was one hour late getting here as time quoted to be here. The time before that it was burned and after they phoned to ask if we mind that the order was wrong. They had cooked the wrong pizza. Did not offer a discount or any kind of sorry. We will not return to there establishment. Too many times things have been wrong. Would not recommend!
