Well Done - Would Use Again I think that Movie Gallery was fair in dealing with late fees it wasn't their fault if you returned your movies late, and if it was they would fix the problem right away and with a smile. Further more the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would just like to say to all of you who went to netflix and the redbox Thank you very much on behalf of the now jobless movie gallery crew.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! PEOPLE BEWARE! Movie Gallery has been bulking up on some extra cash by charging ghost fees. I am not the only customer that has complained about this issue. It has been going on lately, and the sad thing about it is that eventually they get away with it. If they can't get you with the supposed disappearance of a movie, by saying it wasn't returned, they will try and get you with the story of the scratched DVD. TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUT THERE AND PEOPLE TRYING TO GET A MEMBERSHIP, DON'T DO IT ! IT WILL COST YOU AT THE LONG RUN.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk We went to Movie Gallery last night as we often do on the weekend. The guy at the counter "in training" was absolutely unprofessional, rude,and rather mean. He should certainly not be in a customer service position! We will not be going back there with that kind of service! We will just drive down the street from now on to Blockbuster. Horrible experience!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk We have been fighting with Movie Gallery for months over a charge for a movie we did not rent. We had been good customers for over 6 years. We got a bill for a movie that was late. We told them we didn't rent it. Shortly thereafter we start getting notices from collection agencies. We asked a friend of my Daughter to go in there and see if she could rent a movie using our phone number. She was able to rent it with no id and just the phone number of our account. I called and left a message for the manager to call me and got no response. I have just paid the bill because I don't want it on my credit. I have cancelled my membership with them and I hope they are happy that they got 60 dollars from me fraudulently.
