Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Moving to Palm Coast from up North you need to totally lower your expectations in terms of customer service and competence. Most of the tellers couldn't count to 100. It's unbelievable.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended went in on one saturday to get help with some questions i had about my accounts and investments. the man i talked with mike plantier was so very helpful and had great ideas about investments. a good asset to the company. will visit again with mike.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Horriable service............they don't care about any of the small business's in our area.............This company got to big for there own good...............Go to BB&T for the service you deserve and expect

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This Bank in my opinion is the Best. Great tellers! And the manager Mike Smith has to be the nicest guy. I've been with them for five years now, and I won't go anywhere else! Try them out.
