Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I had Brite Decks come out to do some work on my patio. Randy was nice and we went with his suggestion. They did not show up on the day they said they would. Returning calls was an issue. Finally, the job was done. The work they did came undone. When I called to have them fix it, it was a series of continuous calls from me because they didn't show up. So I had them remove the coating. My deck was left a mess. I had pieces floating in my pool, in the yard. I found pieces a year later. I was promised a full refund. I actually had to drive to his business at Hargrove to get my money back like I was a mobster collecting a debt.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Randy was on time and done an excellent job on my pool deck.The deck looks like new,I had the river rock put down now there will be no more painting.I will call him back when I decide to do my driveway.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Needed to have our pool deck redone. Received a good price from this contractor versus other bids. Indicated to him that we wanted our deck to look "new". He told us (before and after ) the project was completed that our deck would look like new. The work was done while we were away from the home. When we returned to see the deck we were flabbergasted! What a disaster. Not only did he use a cheaper paint product, but there could only have been one coat . The deck looked like it was diseased-- a bad case of psoriasis. Cracks that were suposed to be filled --were not. The pattern used did not match at all the original that was still on the deck. We don't ever complain, but this was one of those times when I just couldn't let it slide. Hence the (bad) recommendation. We are now in the process of having the deck redone. $2000.00 out the window with Randy. Considering small claims,but haven't decided.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We are very pleased. Their price was fair, they showed up on time. They did more than we expected. Randy is very knowledgeable. We will use them again.
