Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I cant believe they dont have a zero star selection. I have used east coast for a number of years now and always had good service until my employees were in an accident.I was misled when i payed for full coverage ins. ... as it turns out it was not full coverage. When i singed on the line i told them i didnt want to worry about any thing. Now i may go out of business because they told me my trailer or equipment was not covered. I owe $6000 on one peice of equipment and it will cost me $17000 to get back to where I was. They left me $23000 in the hole. They are nice when you are making payments, but dont get into an accident....
