Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Rude, dishonest, and complete lack of customer service. I paid to have my suit pressed/steamed and when I picked it up and brought it home I found the suit was still wrinkled and unpressed. They obviously charged me for pressing/steaming a suit they never even touched. I returned it to express my dissatisfaction and asked if it could please be re-done and instead of taking 5 minutes and doing the job the right way like they should have and apologizing for any inconvenience, the owner spent his time yelling at me for questioning the job they had done (or rather hadn't done). I will NEVER bring clothes back to these people again after this experience.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Brought my slip cover to this dry cleaner...not ready on time (2 visits before ready), got it home, some cushion covers pressed and others unpressed, main cover unpressed. Took it back and got refund. When I put the slip cover on the slip cover was shrunk and did not fit the couch. Now I need a new slip cover which will probably cost about $250.00 or more. STAY AWAY!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Complete lack of customer service, treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I was lied to not only once but 4 times. This establishment is poorly managed and staffed.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Tried to bring clothes to the store in St. Joe's Plaza today, the sign said it was OPEN, but the door was locked, no one visible inside. This is about the seventh or eighth time I have tried to drop off or pick up dry cleaning during 'open' hours with no success, usually there is a sign in the window saying 'back in 15 minutes', but it has been as long as an hour on 2 occasions. Can't complain about the actual work done by the store, but it would be nice to have it open during advertised hours of operation - very frustrating.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended i ve been going to allstar drycleaners for the last 5 yrs.and i recommond them to all my friends and snowbirds i know.theyre very helpful with my questions about cleaning clothes that stains on them they will take the time to get it done and get it done right thanks allstar

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT TAKING YOUR CLOTHS TO THIS BUSINESS, THEY RUINED MY CLOTHS,SHRUNK AND PUT HOLES IN THEM. I MUST SAY, I NEVER HAD ANYTHING TURN OUT SO TERRIBLE. I'M SORRY I PUT MY GOOD CLOTHS THERE AND PICKED UP SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS WASHED IN A GARBAGE TRUCK, I DON'T LIKE TO LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK, BUT THIS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY AND I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING IT BACK OR THE CLOTHS I LOVED SO MUCH.
