Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Koch Insurance was recommended to us by the real estate agent we bought our house through. He said that they have the best rates around. We now get our home owners and car insurance through Koch Insurance. Communication with them is effortless. They contact us immediately about any changes that will save us money or get us better coverage. Anytime I have questions, they are answered professionally and thoroughly. I highly recommend Koch Insurance!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk After 25 years with the same insurance company for our home and auto, we made the switch to Koch to save money. We asked for their expert guidance before making the switch. Their guidance did not work out for us.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended LeighAnn Koch and the members of her staff are more than efficient and professional. They are extremely compassionate and competent and are the only people I would trust to handle my family's circumstances in any emergency. I have auto, home and life insurance policies with them and I know from personal experience that if I have to file a claim, they will take care of everything we need quickly and sift through any bureaucratic paperwork so we don't have to do so. On top of that, as independent agents, they will search for the best policies at the most affordable prices. I promise that I have no personal relationship with anyone in the company other than that of a very satisfied customer and anyone wishing further information is welcome to contact me via email.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended With the realization that my insurance carrier, whom I had been with for 46 years, was canceling policies throughout the state, I decided to change my provider for both my auto and home owners insurance. I chose the friendly and most professional staff at the Koch Insurance Agency.From my first contact with them,it was apparent that I had not only found an insurance company that I could have confidence in but one that treated my wife and I like members of the family. Julie Della Ratta, the agency’s Personal Lines Manager, worked very closely with us researching a number of companies to find the right coverage at an affordable price. She was actually able to save us a considerable amount on the annual premiums we had been paying to our former company.Years ago our insurance person was a friend of the family.With Koch Insurance, I look forward to long relationship with our new insurance provider and that same old personal touch companies use to give their customs.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We recently moved to Palm Coast and intrusted Julie with finding us insurance for our new house here, along with our house in Jacksonville that we have renters in. Fay came through and we had water in the house, we made a phone call to Julie she gave us a number to call for a claim, an adjuster was out in less than a week and we got a check in the mail a week later, over all we had a great expeirance with our first time filing a claim, it was easy and not stressful. One of the things the adjuster mentiones when he walked in the door was how we had really great insurance, that reasured us since we had never heard of the company, but we had total faith in Julie. Thanks for all your hard work and great advice.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My experience with the Koch Agency has been nothing but positive. I recently had a claim on my homeowners and it was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend the Koch Insurance Agency.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I was panicked at being dropped by State Farm and my neighbors recommended Koch Insurance. I didn't know them before, but after meeting Mrs. Koch at the Home Show I felt comfortable talking with them further about my home and car. They took the time to explain the different parts of the insurance protection to me, suggested that I needed more coverage on the car insurance to protect myself, and still saved me a great deal of money on the car and the house insurance. I am very thankful for their help and I will recommend them to you as well. Sincere thanks to them.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Stopped in yesterday 01/17/2008 and in about 20 minutes Heidi got us a policy with a nationally known company that is $369.16 less than we are now paying. Same coverage same deductables. Thank you PalmCoast.biz and Koch Insurance.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Hi! This is Eddie from the Palm Coast Post Office! My family has been with them since 1988.Auto and Home. They are GREAT!! Every time I go to their office or call them I feel like the big shot in town. They are right on top of EVERYTHING. They get RIGHT back to me if I have a question.They are wonderful. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended SUPER COMPANY!! Julie was very friendly, patient, and extrememly knowledgable about how to save us $!!! We were with a competitor for over 15 years who did not care to get as involved as Julie did when we moved. I recommend everyone who reads this to give KOCH a chance at quoting. I do not care to use the competitor's name but it rymes with gate alarm, and yeah KOCH's quote really embarassed theirs!!!

I called around for house insurance, they actualy called me back when some others couldn't be bothered.Nice people, I met the owners and everybody there when I came in to get the insurance, like I was important to them. Julie told me all about what was and wasn't covered and recommended some things. Then they saved money on my car insurance, and got better covered if I have an accident.Good people.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Not your usual insurance company,great customer service. They actually advise you to your best needs and save you money. Very professional and friendly. Jim and Leanne are great(owners) but all my friends and i delt with JULIE (now thats someone that knows what she is doing). I have sent all my friends to this office , and all were extremly satisfied of Julies work,patients ,politeness and last but not least....professionality (which is hard to find these days). Thank you.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This agency was recommended to me before I moved to Palm Coast 10 years ago and I am still with them. Leigh Ann and Jim have been very helpful whenever the need arises. No high pressure sales, they make recommendations, but do what you want. When you call with questions, they are there to answer them and if they are busy at the time, your call is returned asap. This is one business that knows how to keep a customer happy!!!!
