Top of the Line - Highly Recommended ATCHLEY LOVES YOU - YEH THEY DO. Excellent service. What began as a potential nighmare has ended with a very pleased customer. We special ordered a large LCD TV and expected to wait for delivery. After a two week wait and much discussion, the order was changed and we took delivery of a different brand LCD TV from stock. It worked for exactely 8 hours. Without question, Atchley made us a very good deal (better than Best Buy or Circuit City) for a larger one and immediately swapped it for the sick TV. Now, that's what I call great customer service!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk 52" Mitsubishi DLP TV is great. Service is not as good. Lamp burnt out after 1yr 2months as expected. We have a 5 yr extended warranty(paid $500 extra) Lamp went out on Saturday, could not even get a warranty claim started until monday. Then after warraty claim was started, was told by Atchley, that tv would not be fixed for another 2 to 3 days. So I paid 4000.00 for a tv that I will not be able to watch for 4 to 5 days. If you buy somthing and it breaks or you need service don't expect it for at least 2 to 3 days or even longer if it breaks on the weekend.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I worked with Tom and he was very helpful and professional. We ordered Kitchen Aid appliances and during the process price dropped twice. Tom took the time to re-write the orders as new orders to get us the best possible price. I would order from them any time on any product they sell.Pricing,delivery, and follow through were exceptional!!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Been in Limbo for three weeks waiting for my appliance. Several "worst case senario" dates have already passed. Item is already on my Visa bill but not in my kitchen. I may have gotten a pretty good price but all I've gotten for my money so far is EXCUSES.
