Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk We placed an order for a corsage & boutinier for our son's prom, & were told that the corsage would have 2 white roses, baby's breath and we picked out a ribbon to match the girls dress. When my husband picked them up & brought it home there was only one white rose in the corsage. I called and spoke with the manager who said that because of prom falling on Mother's Day w/e the roses were more expensive so for $20 you got one rose & for $25 you got two roses. It is NOT MY FAULT that the flowers cost more than when I ordered the corsage over a week ago. I would have paid whatever they told me for the 2 roses. The corsage is nice & the bow is lovely; however, the store manager was VERY RUDE!! She said I could take it back & pay another $5 and they would make a new corsage. Again, WHY AM I PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE??? My husband said the manager was being very nasty to another customer when he went in to pick it up. The shop may do nice work, but the manager gives terrible customer service!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I live in NH and have been ordering flowers for my parents from this florist for many years. I have never been disappointed. They always go out of their way to make sure my elderly parents receive only the best. My parents also send me a photo of the arrangement they receive so I can see how beautiful they are. I highly recommend them.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I had bought wedding corsages there for my wedding and when my brother-in-law brought them to me they were completely wrong. When I called to complain and just request I either get my money back or even a store credit the "owner" called me a liar and refused to give me anything. She finally said she would give me $20.00 back but I don't even deserve that because I lied and told her I wanted the pins for the corsages. I told her at least 4 times that they had to be wrist corsages because my mom and my husband's mother were wearing spaghetti strap dresses. She argued with me for about 30 minutes telling me that in all her 30 years of running the family owned business that she has NEVER had a complaint before and I was the first one to complain about anything.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I ordered two baskets from this Florist and paid over $70.00 for them. The baskets were not at all what I expected. The leaves and petals were falling off of the flowers and they did NOT inform me that there was a 6.00 delivery charge per basket! I would stay away from this florist. The quality is not very nice for the amount you pay!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have been a customer of The Village Greenery for over 12 years. I have ALWAYS had great service and beautiful arrangements. This is a Palm Coast institution in the Palm Harbor Shopping Plaza. I love shopping online and their online ordering is so convenient and easy!
