As Expected - OK to Recommend Um, ew? Why would you ever order their bucket!? WHY!? KFC is strictly reserved for their Dublicious and amazing wedge fries. I usually get my dub with extra sauce, which you have to say extra, because if you say heavy they will put honey on it...their intercom is still broken! lol. Also, get some hot sauce packets for your wedge fries...omg!!! Like all other fast food joints, NEVER GO INSIDE! I would probably be too appalled to come back as well. In this instance, ignorance is bliss. Places with chicken that far proceed KFC: Popeyes, Chic-Fil-a, and...let's just leave it at those two. C'mon Palm Coast, where the F*$% is our Chic-Fil-A and Popeyes!!!!!!? I have to drive all the way to Daytona and avoid a cluster of crack heads just to get my fix! It's still worth it though...

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! From the moment I stepped into this appaling mess of an establishment I could already tell that this was a place of disorder and uncleanliness. As I was about to order I nearly slipped on a puddle of some yellow liquid. Disgusted out of my mind I decided to leave and never return.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I will never set foot in this hell-hole again. A little harsh? Let me tell you about the time I ordered a bucket, sides and what have you and was charged an extra $30 on my Visa. The kid had no idea how to fix it but eventually did. I moved aside to wait for my order and the next customer stepped up. She was young and cute so the kid behind the counter started flirting with her big time. She started to place her order but he interrupted and said that they were out of chicken and it would be at least 20 minutes. Did he just say what I think he said? Sure did, because I then became aware of at least 8 or 9 people waiting for their orders as well. I also noticed a flowing stream of returning customers with shortages or mistakes with their orders. More like a half an hour later, I finally got my order and of course it was all wrong. Lots of things missing and lots of things cold. So I became just another dropplet in the flowing stream of returning customers with shortages or mistakes.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I went in there last night and ordered a 12 piece meal, an extra side, 4 corn on the cobs,& a choc. cake.I get home and find, we are missing the fries&2 corns. They gave me a parfait instead of a cake. And how can they screw up cooking the corn? It was dry. And the chicken was disgusting looking and smelled gross. Part of one leg bone looked EATEN. And there was virtually NO SKIN on any piece of chicken. It looked like vultures were picking at. The meat was GRAY! I called and complained, they told me to bring it back, after about 20 seconds of total silence. I get back and show an employee the chicken and he made a face, cementing it for me, that I was correct in feeling the chicken looks/smells bad. A female manager comes up, and I show her the chicken, she said, "looks like the original recipe chicken to me", I pointed at the menu and said it looks NOTHING like the pictures and its disgusting. Customers saw it and they looked disgusted too. They did replace it all, but with rudeness.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk The food's good, it's KFC. But the help really needs help. Everytime I order two of something, I get one. It wouldn't be such a big deal to correct it, but the 20 minute drive thru wait turns into a half hour or longer if you attempt to make the order right.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk My complaint isn't as much about the food as the service. We've used the drive-thru 4x in the last 4 months and 4x they have mangled the order.....never in our favor of course. Response has ranged from "I'm sorry. What can I do to help you?" Or in effect: "Too bad! Go somewhere else." My other complaint is they NEVER have the promos or the special foods you see on the TV commercials. This ain't Podunk America folks. They do a large volume business and could easily participate in corporate programs.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Sometimes I just need a chicken fix. When done correctly, KFC is awesome. The problem here is every time I've gone there in the last couple of years, they screw up my order. If I say "No sauce on my Twister", there WILL be sauce. If I order a side of mac and cheese, there will NOT be mac and cheese in my order. I don't know why I use the drive thru... I always end up having to come inside anyway.

As Expected - OK to Recommend I go to the KFC buffet a couple of times a month. It is a good deal for the money. Occasionally they don't replenish the chicken as fast as necessary but thats ok. We are seldom in a hurry when we eat there. It is a nice alternative to a burger and fries.
