Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Very good place!! Went in there for a new rim! They fixed my old one free of charge and said if I have anymore problems to come back! The employees are super nice! Price is always cheap! They get you in and out no problem!

Well Done - Would Use Again Great service from this business. Sean was able to quote a competitive price for new tires. The job was started right on the appointment time and a team of employees completed the work in record time. There is no wasted time at this shop. The entire team was courteous, and took the time to return our spare tire crank handle to the storage compartment. A K Tires treated us well and will get our business in the future.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended FOR 7 YRS I ALWAYS GO TO A&K, BEST DEALS AROUND AND I NEVER LEFT DISAPOINTED. THEY ARE FAST AND COURTIOUS.CHECK OUT THE CROWD AS YOU PASS BY.SOMETIMES HARD TO GET A SPOT BUT WELL WORTH IT....... ANTHONY, I'LL BE IN THIS WEEK WITH MY GRAND MARQUIS!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Replaced tires on 2 cars - both times had excellent service. Everyone from the counter to the tire installers were extremely friendly and helpful. Price was great, quote was exact with no hidden extra charges. If they don't have the exact tire & brand you want in stock they can get in in a day or less. Ordered one set in morning and by the afternoon they had it delivered and installed it that day. They won't try and oversell you - repaired one of my tires that I thought couldn't be fixed and gave me alternatives for my new tires. Don't be put off by the appearance of the place - these guys are good and professional!

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY MOBILE MARK (THANKS!) I WAS SO PLEASED. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! BOUGHT TWO BRAND NEW TIRES FROM AK ON THURSDAY, PRICE REASONABLE, SERVICE GREAT! Top of the Line - Highly Recommended A great experience,no surprise's,I'm very happy.I tried to give Tires plus my business,but before I even got to the front door,they had already started to jerk me around.,oh those tires on sale, aren't available in your size,of course not[I checked,just to make sure],I drive one of those odd ball Toyota's.Did they make a mistake,well reading other reviews,I don't think so.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Mechanic on duty was stumbling around like he was drunk or high. One of my tires was left so loose and wobbling so bad I had to pull in another garage to have it tightened. Manager was screaming at employees so loudly the entire office could hear him. Very unprofessional and dangerous work. Wouldn't go back if it was last garage on the planet. They might have good prices but it wasn't worth what could have happened to me if my tire flew off while I was driving home.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We have been going to A.K. Tires for many years and have always received outstanding service! The place is always packed -- you might have to ride by at different times of day to catch them without a line of cars waiting. That speaks volumes to their business! We've always gotten the BEST price here, even compared to those coupon books - and I'd much rather give the business to a small, locally owned company. To the person who complained, I'm sorry you weren't treated properly. I can only imagine I'd be cranky, too, working that hard outside in the FL summer sun with a row of cars waiting their turn impatiently. These guys hustle like nobody's business, and go nonstop all day long! I even went in last year after I hit something that popped one of the fairly new tires I bought there, and these guys replaced it for free!! Now if that doesn't say something about their great service, I don't know what would. VERY highly recommended. Many thanks to these hardworking guys!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I called to get a price and these ppl ARE JUST OUTRIGHT RUDE!!!! I call, guy answers, I ask for a price on tire... he's real snappy and short and don't even take the time to get me a actual price... gives me a ballpark figure and is real short like I was bothering him. I see some good reviews here but if that's the best they can talk to a customer then I'd rather go somewhere else. If anyone at AK Tires reads this and cares enough to address this issue before you loose more customers This event occurred around 11:35am 8/10/2010... whoever answered that phone needs a serious lesson in customer service or just needs to be kept off the phone period. Insulting potential customers is a poor business practice! Before you dismiss my complaint I'd like to add I own a business myself and could have brought a good bit of business your way. If my employees talked to a customer in such a manner I would fire them on the spot. I leave this feedback only in hopes of you improving your practice.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I got a brand new Phillips screw in the very edge of my tire. I went to have it seeing to Walmart and after 45 minutes wait in this heat and two more places located in Palm Coast Parkway, they all told me was not reparable and I needed a new tire. Mine Michelin's, would cost between $219 to over $230. Then my kitchen cabinets installer working in the house realizing my frustration to have to spend that money on a new tire when my damaged tire had still a lot of life, told me to try AK Tires as for him were the best...! So I did and "Jason" told me up front and to my happy surprise, that my tire was perfectly repairable and being one of the best tires in the market will be fine again and I will still have the full use of the life of the tire!! I was told 5 to 7 minutes wait for my turn and that was..so in 35 minutes my tire was repaired. AK Tires and Jason have saved me $200 in a new unneeded tire. Very honest and trustworthy!! Thank you AK Tires and Jason.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This is my second time praising the honesty, courtesy, and superb job received during my visit. To top that off, these folks gave me the best price, during my research of new tires (nearly 1/2 the price of the dealership and more than $50.00 less than a name brand that was my former cheapest amount). I had been given 7 other estimates. There are many other things I can say, like they had me out of there same day within 1 1/2 hours. They were all working hard, in the hot 94 degree sun, at 3:00 pm, and all were pleasant as a cool day in October.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Used for the 1st time today...I took a blown out tire on the rim to their shop, they took it out my trunk and had pulled off the blown tire & put the used tire I requested on the rim in a matter of about 5 or 6 minutes and put it back in my trunk! WOW!!! And even more wow the used tire was a Goodyear with a decent amount of tread and even more wow than that it only cost $25.00 + disposal fee of $3.00 & tax of $1.96 so for $29.96 I got what I needed super fast...I Called around b4 going to AK Tires...Walmart wanted $90.00, Tire Kingdom $80.00... AK for a new tire would have only been $59.00! I love this place and will be back...I wish there were more businesses out there like AK Tires!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I usually don't go out of my way to post things about companies, but I have been going to AK tires for about 3 years now. My last purchase from them was 4 tires for my wife's Nissan Altima. I went to the local Tire Kingdom on Palm Coast Pkwy and when I called AK to compare they were over $250.00 less than the chain place and they were better tires. I will not waste my time going anywhere else, they are an honest, friendly place to do business with. Awesome place!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Anthony and his crew are great...Went in on a Saturday afternoon and they recommended a great tire for my truck. They were extremely professional and installed all four tires and had me back on the road within an hour. Don't bother going anywhere else...AK is the best!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have never gotten new tires there on my car YET, but I will say from personal known experience, that this place definately deserves 5 stars. I have seen these guys out there in the summer on those humid days busting there butts, from 8am until well after 5pm during the weeks and until after 3pm Saturadys. Constantly working and turning over more cars in one day then most companies do in a week. I have sent a friend/co-worker there myself and even though he lives in Daytona he went there, and I can tell you he returned as a satisfied customer and constantly brags about the huge BF Goodrich tires he got on his truck, AND how much money he saved. These guys are awesome and deserve all the credit they can get, plus some of the tire technicians there have been there 5+ years and are extemely knowledgeable too, and they drive to 'Meet or Beat' most competitors. Way to go Guys!!!

As Expected - OK to Recommend I went here once...and got mismatched used tires. I being a woman did not realize that it is important that the bran and make match on a tire and did not realize it till I got home. I have started going to the place at the Daytona Beach flea market...my used tires look and ride like brand new

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have been getting my tires at AK for the last several years. This is the best place to get tires. Friendly people, great service and you can not beat the prices. I needed a very special size tire for my little SLK 320 when I got a flat. I checked the internet and found the best price. Not only did they beat the price from Tire Rack, I didn't have to pay shipping, or installation. They order the tires in for you and have access to many different brands and sizes.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I purchesed 4 tires and could not get in for my free rotation. I tried 4 times and was told he was backed up and i should come back.I then had a nail in my side wall and had to buy a new tire out of state and was unable to get a refund on my bad tire.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have to give these guys a 5 because they are the only place I go for tires now. I have priced compared and you cannot beat their value. Good honest guys down there. I have used them to repair tires as well as bought new tires and I am very satisfied with their product and service.
