Top of the Line - Highly Recommended What a great company. I did not have prior ins and was worried about what it would cost or what coverage I needed. James at Great Florida was great he explained everything to me so that I actually understand my coverage and even found a price I could affort. I highly recomment Great Florida Ins.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I am currently in the market for home owner insurance to replace my current carrier. I called Great Florida Insurance of Palm coast, on several occasions requesting a quote. After two days of no reply I called to a fallow up, as I had not heard back. It was then that I spoke to James, his response to me was, we are working on car insurance for you,right?. I replied no sir, I am inquiring about a homeowners insurance quote I requested two days ago. I gave him my name and info again ,and he replied oh! yes are working on it for you. I have it right here. This practice of selective quote giving with these insurance companies here in Fl.,particularly here in Palm coast is a shame! This was 5 days ago and yet no return call. If not interested in doing business, wouldn't a courtesy call to the effect we are not interested in providing you a quote at this time. Be a more business like approach,.Instead of "we are working on it", and no return call. For the record,no claims ever.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Great Florida Is the BEST!!! Lisa found me better insurance and a better price. The most helpful insurance company I know. I have recommend everyone I know.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Mr. Cimorelli at Great Florida Ins was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted me with my auto insurance after another agency went out of business. He not only fixed my problem with the insurance company but found me another carrier which was quite a bit cheeper than what I an now paying. I will transfer by policy to him upon renewal, and I highly recommend Mr. Cimorelli to anyone who likes courteous service. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
