Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Today I treated myself to a pedicure at Passions Salon, my third time in the past year or so. Once again, I was VERY pleased with the outstanding service and attention to detail. The nail salon was just completely renovated in April '10 with all new chairs that are even more hygienic than the older ones. I appreciate that the technicians open new instruments for each client to prevent any chance of cross-contamination. (Others can say they "sanitize" but how do you really know?) This place is under new management and Angela really knows the meaning of customer service. You get treated like royalty and offered a wide variety of beverages to help you relax. The massage chairs are a dream! And best of all, the price is extremely reasonable! My pedicure, while not even the "deluxe" included a parafin wax. I was pampered for well over an hour and paid less than taking my family of 5 through a McD's drive-through. Especially MOMS! Do yourself a favor & take a sanity break!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I was so pleased with the new owner at Passion Salon & Spa Inc. My friend told me the salon is now under the New Management so I came and checked it out. When I came, I met Angela(the new owner) she gave me excellent services, not only haircut and color on my hair, she also has excellent customer service, she is super nice. The hair stylists at the shop are also professionally trained. This is a family salon that I would highly recommend to go to have your hair done and other services. I would definately come back again to enjoy pampering myself. Thanks for the fantastic work!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I recently made an appt to get my hair and makeup done for a christmas party. I first had my makeup done and could tell the girl knew little about it and didnt do what I had wanted. My makeup turned out horrible so I made an excuse about being out of time so I wouldnt have to get my hair done by her as well. After paying for my makeup I immediatly went home and took it all off and had a friend do both my hair and makeup...what a waste of money!

While the manicure and pedicure were okay it wasn't the best I had ever had. The technicians were rude, unfriendly and in a hurry. The lady that cut my hair was pleasant however, there was a converstion taking place in the room across from us that turned into a shouting match including the use of extreme foul language (the owner was involved)! Not my idea of a place of business. I'm surprised they have any customers. Will never return.

As Expected - OK to Recommend 1 star i went to passions and had my hair and nails done i was treated very rudely the nail techs. where taliking in another language the whole time and proably about me and never looked and acknowleged me. I also had my hair done there and i was very unpleased with my service .The coverstations that where going on in there where very unprofessional. Ive never and never will again nor would i refer anyboby to have these services done there. So I give it 1 star

I want to be honest, when I was making plans to have my hair done for my prom also (as I see by the person that wrote on here when she got her hair done for the prom). Well anyway, I did go here. My hair was very important to me. I wanted to look pretty. Well I was so sad but didnt want to hurt their feelings. So I went home and cryed and my friend tryed to fix it as well as she could. I don't like to be mean but my mom couldnt get me into the place where she goes so I tryed Passions out. Im sorry but I was so sad and my mother was sad for me too.It looked so bad.

The dye was barely shampooed out of my hair. Besides that, my haircut was so bad I cryed and had to wear my wig for a few weeks until it grew out. I was so upset and I'm sorry to say, I will never recommend them to anyone, or ever go back! They need to get their act together.

I am sick of these horrible false accusations being made against such great giving people. Do yourselves a favor try them out and get the honest truth of there professionalism and very fair pricing. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended After having a bad experience at STYLES I looked elsewhere. A few friends and myself tried Passion. It was a top quality experience. Very professional people and a full menu of services. It wasn't cramped like the first place I visited. I'll admit the prices where a bit high but I guess it's all in line for the upscale enviorment that they offer. All in all I would recommend them.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk went there not know how it was came out with a good hair cut excellent highlights only thing i didnt like was thought they were very pricey for a hair cut , parcial foil and wash blow dry was 110.00 . would try again just wish they would lower there prices a little i believe if you have good prices you will get more custmers and more services done . oh yeah by the way my hair has always been one of my strong points and now until it grows out it is very dried out and the high lights are uneven .not my best choice going to this place all i can say we all have bad days this i must have been his this day

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I loved going to Passions Salon. Maria is always so pleasant and makes you feel just like you are family. I had fried my hair and I was so scared and nervous that nothing could be done to fix it but with Tamera and Maria's help they repaired my hair. Tamera is an excellent stylist who is very caring and made me feel comfortable. She really knows what she is doing and very trustworthy. Maria also made me feel at ease while they did everything they could for my hair. I have recently moved and I miss them very much, I have yet to find another salon that I felt so comforted and could put my trust in. I recommend Passion Salon to everyone I come into contact with. Well Done - Would Use Again Very pleasant staff. I have received two haircuts, exactly the way I asked, which I was very pleased with. I was asked twice if I needed anything to drink. It was apparent to me that I was valued as a customer. I was shopping for a new nail tech and decided to try their nail salon. The tech that took care of me awesome. She made sure my nails were perfect before I left. I then had a pedicure....WOW. I will definitely use Passions again.
