Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Let me tell you about my ongoing situation with this company, on Dec.22 I went to Pete's to have my headliner done in all black.I needed the car that day and he completed the job within 3 hrs,it was nicely done.Except for the sunroof trim which he told me he would order,it's now Feb. 20 and he still hasn't ordered the black rubber trim part which I already paid for when I got the headliner done. Every time I go in to ask if he ordered the part,he "promises" me he'll get the part.He'll tell me the company he orders parts from won't place the order if the amount is too low, it's obviously a saveface response and very shady.It's been two months now and still no part. Now when I call the shop, he never picks up or calls me back when I leave him a message about my car part.It's unprofessional to not finish the job or return the money and over just $35 dollars.I suggest that no one goes through Pete to get anything done for their car, unless they enjoy paying for incomplete services.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!! I was in his store on October 25 2013 and ordered a exhaust for my ford F-150 paid with a visa debit card the exhaust was to be in by the following Monday the 2 week mark passed still no exhaust so I canceled the order and money was suppose to be put back on my card Today is February 12 2014 still fighting thru my bank to get my money back I have been there in person and all he will tell me is his card services company took the money from his account but can show me any paper work so it is still going on. Do not do any business with Pete's auto detailing He Is A Major Scam!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! We purchased a vehicle with spray on lining that had the affixed logo and information for this company. The lining was clearly peeling away and not done correctly. In my opinion, an upstanding company would eagerly fix their product in order to secure new and future business since we ALWAYS recommend companies we deal with. Instead, we were told the warranty is only valid for the original customer and rudely turned away. I will NEVER do business with this company and I will NEVER recommend this company based on this single experience alone. If you're not going to do "A JOB WELL DONE" you shouldn't put your name on it!

As Expected - OK to Recommend Customers Beware: I took my vehicle into Pete’s to install body molding on the sides of my vehicle. Without any equivocation, Pete told me that he could do the job. He charged me $115 for the installation. I didn’t look at the job closely before I left his establishment because he had installed other accessories on my other vehicle and the work was very satisfactory. However, when I got the vehicle home, I took a closer look at the moldings and was distressed to find that the installation was not satisfactory. The moldings did not fit into the indentations in the side of the car where the moldings were applied. Also, the ends of the moldings weren’t cut at the same angle as the indentation. In addition, the edges of the moldings where they were cut had white lines imbedded in the black molding. I called Pete about the problem, and he was very kind and courteous, but he went into a delay tactic where he would promise me that he would fix the problem in the future but the future never came. It was like the sign at Woody’s BBQ: free beer tomorrow. So, I took the vehicle back to the dealership, and they recommended that I go to a body shop to get the moldings replaced. The dealership said that the white, crooked and rough edges were caused by using improper tools to install the moldings.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended PETE HAS ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB ON BOTH OF MY AUTOS AND PARTS AND ACCESSORIES HE ORDERED FOR ME HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND INSTALLED WITH CARE. I WOULD RECOMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. DON COTTER

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended PETE DOES A GREAT JOB ON MY TRUCK. I DROP IT OFF IN THE MORNING AND PICK IT UP IN THE AFTERNOON. IT IS ALWAYS READY ON TIME AND ALWAYS VERY CLEAN.
