Well Done - Would Use Again Steve called back not too long after I had posted my last post. Evidently he's human, and like me, he makes mistakes. He apologized for misplacing my appointment information, took my info again, and came on time the following day. He was just as knowledgeable as all of the other reviews said he was. He zeroed in on the problem within minutes and was done almost as quickly (a small sock got jammed up in the washer's motor. He tried to pull it out in order to save the motor -- and me money; but alas it was too tight! Thanks for trying, Steve!). Further, he fixed a light fixture, that was always giving me problems, without charge. It took him all of 5 seconds and will be such a blessing to me for a long, long time! His work is guaranteed and the charge was reasonable. I will likely use their services again.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! We called and spoke with Steve on the Saturday before Labor Day. When we explained our situation (inline water filter for our ice maker wasn't working) he said it wouldn't be a problem and that he'd be here on Tuesday between 4 and 5. Tuesday came and went without anyone showing up. We called and left several messages but have still not had the courtesy of a return call.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Called to repair our double wall oven which wasn't working. Steve and another man came out right away and within a few minutes fixed the problem and said if it happens again they'll come out without another service charge. This is the second time we've used this company which by the way has changed its name to A+Appliance Pros, and we highly recommend them

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Can't say enough about the QUALITY of their work, their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, extremely POLITE AND PERSONABLE techs... they fixed what another company didn't. Prices are very fair, they're fast (same day in my case) and I will never call another company... don't waste your time with others -- call Appliance Pros FIRST!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Service call lasted all of 10 minutes, if that. Found the problem instantly, and had it fixed almost as fast. Saved me a lot of money. Courteous, considerate, efficient. Will definitely call them again if I need help. Will be telling everyone I know about them.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I called and within an hour they were at my home. They diagnosed the problem with my frig. and microwave, left to get the parts and were back soon. The repairs were completed, the job was clean, and the bill was less than I had expected. Great guys and I would recommend them to everyone. Five stars. Thanks

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This was the second time we needed their service. First time was in June, and naturally, the house was full of company when the washer stops agitating! Quick call back, showed up when he was supposed to, had the part on the truck and fixed the problem right away. Today, same thing: answered the call, came within a few hours, knew right away what the problem was, fixed it quick. Very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced. Definitely will call again. Thanks!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Broken dryer and broken ice maker. Hubby called someone else. We got ripped off, then we called Appliance Service Pros and the real service began. Should have called them first. He came back when he said he would, solved our problem with the best deal around and the most pleasant experience we've had with a service company in a very long time. I'm drying my clothes and there's ice in my drink and it didn't break the bank! Thanks Appliance Service Pros!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Called about my refrigerator not cooling at 11:30 and they came out within an hour to fix it and it is working fine. Steve did the work with his helper and they were fast and nice and clean. We really needed this to work as my husband just came from the hospital after hand surgery this morning and we needed the ice for his hand. So glad I called them. Thanks for such quick and friendly service.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I was so worried to call around for my washer to be repaired, people told me it'd be costly and to just buy a used washer. I spoke to Mike and told him what was wrong with my appliance (KitchenAid Washer)and he sent Steve out today to look at it, $100 for drive coupler needing replacement and also a 4 'adjataters' to make bottom of cycle spin again too( I had no idea this was broken, apparently had gone un-noticed all this time and clothes weren't getting washer properly). I felt such a relief with this quote- moreso that labor was included! I would def. use them again! Honest and polite service and very understanding.Took about 15 mins and my washer is good as new =)

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended HONEST MAN!!!!!! Mike fixed my washing machine and was perfectly on time He also was very prompt in his work. I was able to see the broken part. Best of all I gave him an extra ten dollars for the little extras that he fixed at no charge. THE BEST PART............this man is so honest that he called later to say that I had paid $10 to much and he would drop it back off  Love to see such an honest person!!! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!!!!!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This was a great service. I called on a Saturday and they were able to come to my home in less than 2 hours. Were able to devilop a plan for repair that was within my budget - very easy to work with. Although it ended up that the washing machine did not require a major repair - they were very helpful and accommodating. Price was very reasonable.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Mike recently repaired my KitchenAid side by side fridge. The freezer side was fine but the fresh food side wasn't getting cold enough (around 50 degrees). He showed me a trick to temporarily fix the problem until the part came in. By design, the freezer side provides all the cold air for the entire refrigerator. There is a small damper that opens and closes between the two sides that allows some of the cold air to enter the fresh food side as it is needed. It is thermostatically controlled so a consistant temp is maintained. This damper assembly was not functioning anymore so little cold air could enter the fresh food side. He showed me how to manually open the damper thus allowing the cold air to get through. It was enough to keep our food from spoiling anymore until the new part arrived and was installed. Mike is THE appliance guy. He clearly knows his stuff. He's the kind of expert in his field that is so hard to find today. Thanks Bro!

Knew what the problem was within 2 minutes and fixed the problem in 20 minutes at an extremely fair price. He also gave us some tips on the rest of our appliances while he was there. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Great response to problem with washing machine. Called Mike on a Sunday to ask if someone could come out Monday morning - and employee "Dave" appeared right on time. He spent a few minutes looking at the machine, said it wasn't broken, and explained how some water might have splashed out if the tub wasn't balanced, and how to avoid the problem. $20 service call plus a tip instead of a $95 part repair bill. And, the main reason I called Appliance Service Pros FIRST was because of the good credible feedback I saw here.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I recently purchased a second-hand KitchenAid Washer & Dryer. After my husband installed the "new" appliances, he decided to try it out. Well, when it came time for the washer to empty the basin and spin, nothing happened. I was concerned we'd just paid out money only to get a washer that didn't work. I called my brother-in-law, Patrick of Rent-A-Husband for advice, and he suggested I call Mike from Appliance Service Pros. I called him on a Saturday and he came out to my house within an hour and a half, fixed the problem (which was fairly simple) within 5 minutes and charged a very low fee for the repair. He also informed me that the washer and dryer were of excellent quality, that I'd gotten a good deal and made me feel much better about the purchase! He has superior customer service skills and is very knowledgable! I highly reccommend him to anyone needing an appliance repaired quickly and for a VERY fair price. Thanks Mike!

The problem was just pushing the wrong button, duh, but Mike took the time to explain the whole workings of the various choices. He is wonderful, do not use anyone but Mike for your appliance problems.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended thankfully, everything around here has been in fine working condition, but-a few months ago-my washer wasnt working right...called appliance pros and they were out here the same day-fixing my problem! mike charged me an EXTREMELY fair price...cheap, in my opinion, and did an EXCELLENT job....a few weeks after that, my dryer was making a funny noise..turns out that a screw got loose and was making noise behind the drum..appliance pros came and removed it at NO CHARGE bc no "work" was done..they are just GREAT and i ALWAYS recommend them to anyone who needs anything repaired!!!

I also was the recipient of his advice to buy new rather than repair. He also gave me more money saving advice. He refused any payment. I insisted on a $20.00 tip to cover his time and gas and that was a bargain considering what anyone else would have charged for a service call let alone inadvised repairs. My recommendation is to use no one else other than Mike and to give him at least a $20.00 tip for his services. He deserves that and more!!! RPH1949 ONCE AGAIN I USED APPLIANCE PRO WITH ABOVE EXPECTATION RESULTS. MY REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER FAILED ON SUNDAY AND MIKE WAS KIND ENOUGHT TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY ON A SUNDAY!!!! VERY REASONALBLE COST ESPECIALLY FOR BREAKING UP HIS DAY. WHO ELSE WOULD HAVE SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD? Well Done - Would Use Again My Maytag washer was on the fritz. It had been leaking water from the garage down the driveway. Then the tub wasn't rotating. Tried calling repair people from Volusia Co. No one wanted to come up to P.C. Found Appliance Pros. Called, talked to Mike and instead of making me wait for a day or two, he came by the house in about 10 minutes more or less. Turns out washer was useless. Mike recommended getting Whirpool or Roper. Thanks Mike for the prompt service and not charging for the visit.
