Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Staff is super friendly. I always get my order quickly. The drive thru people can be rude though, so I always go inside. They have the best coffee, I will never go back to Starbucks, not to mention their prices are better!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! They are the rudest people around. I usally go to the DD at the shell station. This DD always gets my order wrong at the drive thru and act like it is my fault. They should be thankful they have a job.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Everyone looking for a mouth watering donuts should go to the Donut Stop in bunnell!!! They are so good that you will never go back to DD. Seriously they are that good!!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I went here the other night in drive thru. I ordered a salt bagel with salmon cream cheese, the employee first said they didn't have any salt bagels, then said "Well hold on let me check,yes we have salt bagels pull up". She was very rude and didn't even give me a price or ask me if I would like anything else. I pulled up to the window and waited, and when I finally got my order the employee, Erin,was very rude. I drove away with my order took a bite and it was toasted. I was never asked if I would like my bagel toasted or not.I quickly turned around to return my bagel, when I brought it inside and the same girl was upfront, she huffed and gave me a very rude look. When I said I was there to return my bagel because I didn't ask for it toasted she replied "If I didn't toast it, it would have been as hard as a pellet." Why then would you serve it?!? They had no more salt bagels. Dunkin has horrible service and a poor selection. Try uneedabagel, they are friendly and rarley run out.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk The coffee was o.k. but the rest of my order was messed up. I am not comfortable paying almost $4. for a bagel and coffee. They don't cook anything, it is all microwaved so it tastes likes gooey latex vinyl. I hoped for more but I won't be going back. They also have cleanliness issues, but that is another story. I cannot understand why people keep going there. There is another DD about 2 miles away at a Shell gas station. It is small but has better quality product there.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Filthy and rude! Avoid Dunkin Donuts of Palm Coast, just this morning I saw a server wipe 2 counter tops and several dirty tables with a wet rag and then touch donuts and coffee cups without wearing any gloves. I asked her if she should be wearing gloves before touching food and she very rudely responded that she always wore gloves and shoved my order towards me. When several other customers who saw this reacted with disappointment, she left the counter and sent another clerk who claimed to be new and that he did not know her name. I cringe to think how many times I purchased coffee and donuts at their Drive through window that may of had germs and dirt from Dunkin Donut employees such as I saw today. I very recommend that everyone avoid this disgusting place!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Dirt, Germs and worse at the Dunkin Donuts of Palm Coast! Don't risk your health at the drive through, just go inside and observe the food preparer use his gloved hands as if the gloves are there to protect himself. I have observed him on several occasions touching bags and papers, dirty towels, brushing the counter with his hands and even holding an old broom and sweeping the floor, then touching the food, including bread, croissants and cooked eggs with the same dirty and germ infected gloves. The last and final time that I shopped there I asked the clerk at the register to have the food preparer change his gloves which I had observed him touching the garbage can with. The food preparer noticed me watching and changed his gloves for that moment, but he again brushed the counter and touched scraps of crumpled papers before removing and wrapping with his contaminated gloved hands an egg croissant sandwich for the next customer in line. A week before this incident I had observed a female employee that serves donuts and coffee at the front counters, pick up a broom and aggressively sweep the floor, raising a cloud of dust towards the food preparation counter and the Drive Through window. I strongly recommend that everyone think twice before buying anything at the Dunking Donut shop in Palm Coast, don't risk your or your loved one's health, just go and see for yourself, the gloves that are used when handling your food are also used in many dirty ways without any regard for customer's health! Avoid Dunking Donuts of Palm Coast!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Service is extremely slow. If the two girls at Shell can clear out a line of ten people in less than ten minutes then way can't six people serve less than five in the same amount of time. It's worse than waiting in a line at the new Starbucks only this never looks clean. The coffee is bitter, watered down and just plain nasty! I doubt it's even real dunkin donuts coffee.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk My husband brought home D&D the other day for the kids and I was shocked to hear how much he paid almost $8.00 for A DOZEN...And having 5 kids, that's crazy. And why don't they carry the jelly with the powdered sugar, the shell station does!!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The store rarely looks clean but at 2:00 pm on Sunday 10/15 you had to walk through and stand in trash and food to get to the register and order. All of the tables were dirty and there was trash all over the floor. We watched a man speaking to employees and then leaving just before we did. As he was driving away I stopped him and asked if he was the owner. He said he was and I told him I was surprised that he would leave the store in such a filthy condition. He thanked me for the information (he had been in the place longer than we had) and drove away. Employees came in from smoking and immediately handled food. They made change from the register and handled food. This is not only lazy and sloppy, but potentially dangerous. I also mentioned this to an employee who told me on busy days they didn't have time to clean until they closed. Where are the Krispy Kremes? I know Scoops is spotless if I want ice cream.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Coming from the town that Dunkies headquarters is based (Randolph, MA) and having a family member who owns 3 dunkies up in new hampshire, I can tell you that these guys are DEFINITELY watering down their coffee (not using the right coffe/water ratio) I've been very patient with them, but after getting an iced latte yesterday that tasted like coffee flavored water and payed close to $3 for it, I've finally had it and had to post this. Go to the girls at the shell station, THAT'S the way it's supposed to be made...

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Well, I will tell you that I now drive right past this dunkin donuts and go directly to the one at the Shell station... Yes, they may not have as much there, but their service and quality is much much better than this one. These people ALWAYS mess up my order... Before I even could finish speaking they say "Is that it?" Very rude people... If you don't like your job then GET A NEW ONE! They do not make the drinks or food to my satisfaction... Love the old one, get rid of this new one, or get owners that know how to run a business.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended The Chocolate Blasts are awesome!! The service is a bit slow at times but worth the wait. Nothing compared to the Dunkin' Donuts in the Shell station.

Well Done - Would Use Again Good food, breakfast, muffins, and ice cream. But overpriced. The donuts are much smaller then most Dunkin Donuts and yet the same price if not more then other Dunkin Donuts. Though their muffins are the best and they are always fresh. Service is always good. But I still prefer the cramped Shell Station/Dunkin Donuts over this one.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Such a nice change from the cramped location off Old Kings. I love the smell of coffee and donuts when I walk in and room to turn around! The store is always clean and the donuts are always fresh as is the coffee. I have to rate them a '5' no doubt.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Stopped in this morning (Saturday)...Drive thru was stacked up, so I went inside. The line inside was backed up to the door. Inside, there were a total of THREE (3) people serving the inside AND drive thru customers. I mean really, on a Saturday morning is it too much to get the extra help in the store to minimize wait time. I left after waiting 10 minutes inside, and the line hardly moved.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I had the pleasure of meeting Malik and Shuline Bhaidani at an open house I was having several months ago. They have to be the nicest people I have met in a very long time. They are like family to me now! Their Dunkin Donuts is a wonderful place to go and meet your friends for some donuts or ice cream and fun...... They have worked very hard to get it up and running and to please the people of Palm Coast. They had a great grand opening party a couple weeks ago! I feel very fortunate to have them here in PC and am glad to be able to run over and grab some coffee and donuts anytime 24 hours a day! The ice cream is GREAT too...

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk WAY OVER PRICED on DONUTS...... AND THE BASKIN ROBBINS is HUGELY Overpriced... Too bad, we are from NJ and prefer Dunkin to KrispyKreme but we wont pay the prices and feel like where being screwed everytime we go there. Also... The croissants, which historically at a D&D are not the best but at least flaky, have been more like biscuits in texture... a real disappointment.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I'm so glad the new store is open. I've been waiting a long time. The Coffee is great! The donuts are yummy and the they did a great job on the place. The drive-thru is great too...for those early morning bad hair days. Good Job Dunkin Donuts.
