Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Never buy a car from this place!! Not only are they very rude, but they discriminate against age as well. If you look young you will get the run around and they will treat you like an idiot. We bought a used car and within days had issues and brought it in and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it. We brought it in 4 times within the first 2 weeks of purchase with the same exact issue and they kept saying there was no issue and that we just didnt know how the car was supposed to sound. We brought it into a mechanic and were told within 10 minutes what the issue was and once we brought it to the mechanic they said they cant take any other mechanics diagnosis. Real convenient since it seems they just dont want to fix it. Very rude staff, gave a horrible attitude towards us when we spoke very professionally. Horrible experience and i do not recommend this place! Never buy from them!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Terrible, terrible customer service. Promised me a certain payment, but later doubled it and increased the interest. Waited over three hours while they helped every other customer there (despite the fact that we were there first). Every salesperson I talked to was very rude, unprofessional, and had terrible people skills. When I could actually get a salesperson to acknowledge me, I felt as if I was treated like an idiot when I tried to ask questions about the car I was going to buy. Luckily I took my business to the Chrysler Dodge dealer in St Augustine. I bought a much newer and nicer car for the price they were trying to charge me. I was treated well by Raymond, my car salesman. He promised to get me the monthly payments that I wanted, and I actually came out paying less per month, and with a much lower interest rate on a car five years newer with a warranty. Unless you want to be treated like dirt and waste all day waiting for service, I highly recommend going to St Augustine

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! well everyone hates car shopping right, well it has to be done so lets start at the closest dealer. what a wake-up call this was i thought that maybe the old days of buying cars was over, pushy sales people, hageling, over priced inventory, ect. i was wrong very wrong, it didn't make it out of my car before someone was trying to sell me something i didn't want. i lasted all of 30 min in this store before i couldn't take it anymore. now i have to make a little bit of a drive down to daytona beach to go to the automall. i'm thinking great, bigger dealership more salespeople, more stress. i was wrong again, all of the staff that i came into contact with were very pleasent to be arround and not once did i feel like i was being pushed into something. My salesman's name was Josh Kearney, i feel it is important to mention him due to his upwright proffessionalism and concern for what my needs were. we found the car for me and i havent been happier contact Josh Kearney (386) 274-0571 ext 2589

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Be very careful of them making verbal promises. A lot of shifting responsibility. We are very disappointed with our experience. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. I will update with future results.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler and every other dealership within 40 miles had their inventory listed on the internet. These guys didn't. I wound up dealing with Atlantic in St. Augustine. I did it all over the internet, except for 1 phone call with James Driscoll and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

As Expected - OK to Recommend Took a long time to get the car repaired. Did not identify the problems the first time, when it was in for repairs.
