BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH READ EVERYTHING In my opinion with my experiences, every time I take my vehicle here I wait for outrageous amounts of time no matter what. I also find that the problem is always the highest priced repair they have. Replace not repair. Recently, my 3 year unlimited warranty transmission they put in, failed in less than 4 years and $235 to diagnose showed it WAS NOT any simple fix, but not what it was. Then after questioning the cost, I agreed to the negotiated numbers individually, when I arrived with the vehicle I was ask to sign a piece of paper with higher numbers, for the part than I could buy it at, higher labor than we discussed, and a signature line. the paper was sent with a worker, but hand written by Jon L'Heureux 25 feet from me, justified by the total price that was mentioned as an around number. I was told abruptly and loudly, to leave and they would not discuss it or do the job !!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! 3 years ago, I was 18 and purchased my first car with money I earned myself working at a local Wendy's since I was 16. I went to Palm Coast Ford where I found a used Honda in my price range that I liked. Of course I checked the Carfax and demanded to know what was wrong with it. I was assured by my salesman and his manager it was in as perfect shape it - with no major repairs needed in the near future, new tires, and had new breaks. Feeling proud of myself and after being assured this was a steal, that would surely be gone if I waited much longer, I purchased my first car. Problems began 5 days later when my check engine light went on. Within the first 6 months of owning my first car I had to replace the timing belt ($1800.00), power steering pump ($650.00), and get new rear breaks ($400.00). Palm Coast Ford told me this was my fault and could not tell me why they had lied to me 5 days before. I have learned my lesson and will never return or promote this business positively again

Hey Michael your Palm Coast Ford is probably the worse dealership I have ever tried to buy a car from.You guys lie,cheat and whatever else.I bought a Ford edge from Gary Yeomans for $4000.00 less than you after you telling me that yours was the absolutely best deal I would find anywhere.BS.. Then I tried to trade in my gorgeous GMC on a Ford Ranger that you told me was a complete gas hog and it wasn't worth close to what I wanted But you will give me a lifetime free oil change.Which again is BS because you pay up front for oil changes..Any way I went to Duvall Ford and guess what they gave me $5000,00 more than what you were going to do plus deeply discounted the Ranger..As far as I am concerned you guys are nothing but a bunch of SNAKES and I hope lots of people read this and don"t go to you to buy their next Car..People if you are going to buy a Ford,go to Gary Yeomans,better deal and no snakes..

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Palm Coast Ford have provided the tires and other services for my 12 year old SUV that I bought from them since 2002 and their service is very good. I have to highlight the help from Kerry Hope as Service Advisor. In spite that she is very busy she is very cordial, helpful and professional.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Wish I had done research before going to Palm Coast Ford - I would have been better off not going there. The pressure and sales tactics used are unbelievable. They do not stand by their word, make up excuses why the sales-person "gave the wrong information" - and Don York does not return phone calls or e-mail messages to resolve issues. Corporate office can not help as Palm Coast Ford is a privately owned dealership. Once you take ownership of your auto - your on your own. Palm Coast Ford has your money and they could care less if you have a problem. I have to laugh every time I hear Don York's message on the local radio station - He tells nothing but lies. Their free oil changes, car washes and Saturday hot dogs/hamburgers on the grill do not make up for all the dis-satisfaction. I would not recommend this dealership unless you want to throw your money away.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I was unsure if I could qualify for a car loan but was told by service that my ford needed over $1,000 worth of work so I submitted a loan application. I was hounded by salesmen & Jerry told me he could get me in a car. But only this one car. The car needed a new front driverside bearing the paperwork said the dealership would fix the front end. I took the car back 6 times for the exact same repair and after the 7th time Don York, the Gen Mgr said it was time for me "to take possession of the car". Meaning it's my problem now. I don't know cars, but I've been driving them for 30 years. Something kept causing that bearing to go bad. All of the sudden on the last visit they determined it was a bent sprocket but said I must have just done that. The salesman refused to give me a carfax on the car but Mr. York said he doesn't believe me. PC Ford puts the snake right back into car dealerships. Even said Lemon Law doesn't apply in FL. He'll realize he is wrong when he gets the lawsuit papers!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I recently was in the market for a new car. The salesperson who greeted me in the parking lot was not knowledgeable at all. He didn't know if the Ford Fusion came with a 4 cyl. as well as a 6. The sales manager tried to help but left my head spinning with all the "on paper" vehicles he was trying to convince me to buy. I ended up going to Gary Yeoman Ford and buying a car. When the original salesman called me in a follow up call, I told him I'd bought one elsewhere and why. A few days later he called me again to see if I was still interested in buying a car! Rest assured, I won't be going there again looking to buy a new car!

John Roberts sold her a car that had been in an accident and the front bumper was not clipped on right.We ran a carfax and found out about the prior accident. She had to have it in the shop for a week before she ever had the chance to drive it. This man was rude and offered no customer satisfaction. Lies after lies by this man! I will never buy another car from them!

I was lied to over and over.. what should've taken one hour took 5, I was scammed into believing I needed a new trans..they said they were working on it,had my suv for 6days. On my travels back to NJ,check engine lt came on,rattling also.They messed up the exhaust,o2sensor,bolts were missingetc.John@PalmCoast ford told me they would cover anything wrong w/what they did.He lied,not only to me but the dealer here. after 4weeks, he is refusing to pay for their mistakes!! NO GOOD! I now have to contact the GM @Palmcoast,corporate can't help because they are indiviually owned and opperated. I need the owners name!! this is rediculous!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! One of the reasons we purchased was any repair done on a vehicle would get e loaner car. Well, that never happened-so we were forced to rent a car for three days. We heard every excuse why they didn't have one. The second issue we have is that there repair shop is not on the same page. The repair adviser had no clue what was actually happening --had to keep following up with him--stories kept changing as the conversations went on. Service cost on the vehicle was out of range compared to other shops but that is expected but not even close to what there advertisement states. After this experience- I will never deal with this dealership--all they want is to sell you a car then its pot luck after that.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! bought a used ford tauras ,was stuck on my way to miami,car i had died, we i test drove the car it was ok but,shifting felt off, i ask the service man about it he told me car was traded in because of trany issues, but it was fixed.bought the car continued my trip to miami.left the car there,flew back to ny.neighber called puddle under car.called paul,used car manager,said bring it back, cant its in miami.400 to tow,said i would have it checked in,miami if anything serious i call,turned out to be a lose pan ,tightened up,filled with trany fluid.next 3 wks later trany died. took it to ammco, 2500 to fix palm coast will give me nothing

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! My husband took his truck there several months ago to have the steering fixed because it was real loose and they told him they fixed it. Then he noticed it was still having the same problem and they said they found out what it is and it will cost $550.00. So he had it fixed and brought it home and would you believe, it still was not fixed. He took it back again and they said this time they put 3 men on it to find out what it is and it will cost a little over $700.00. So all the work done before was not needed. We will be looking for another mechanic.

As Expected - OK to Recommend i alway's go to palm coast ford for my service on my 2004 f150 and my daughters 1999 toyota solara and only had one problem but when john realized the mistake he took care of it immediatly. they have been very nice to us for the last 9 years. the only thing i feel very bad about is when i bought my 04 f150 i found it down at yeoman's and made the deal with them but i had to call scott up at pc ford and he told me he would give me a better deal but yeoman's told me they wouldn't ship the truck up to pc so if i wanted it i had to buy it from yeoman's and that's what i did. well i found out yeoman's lied to me and would have shipped the truck to PC so i could buy it from them. yeoman's just didn't want to lose the sale. i feel very bad about that. i am a very honorable person if i tell you i am going to do something i will keep my word and that's where the problem came in. i knew scott from pc ford and feel like i let them down and that was 5 years ago and it still bothers me. I went in there to buy a car and my credit wasnt that great but i had someone who had great credit score and they told me no they wouldnt even try. My family member bought a car there and it took them 3 MONTHS to get their brand new plates!!! The Office staff was very very rude to me and talked to me like I was stupid and I didn't know what I was talking about even though I worked for another dealer. I will never come back there and I will make sure that everyone I know does not show up.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! my wife and i just recently purchased a 2008 ford f-150 from pcford.pete and chris worked hard to put a deal together for us. although we ultimatlety did not get approved for the loan, whuch we were told this 3 weeks later, and i did offer to drop vehicle off to keep the miles down, they have refused to return our $500.00 downpayment which is a violation of florida law, no matter whether they have serviced your trade in which they shouldnt even do anyhow until they have the check from the bank in hand. fyi if you go to a dealer and they give you delivery of vehicle prior to financing and they can not secure a loan for whatever reason they must return your trade and any down payment you may have given them and florida's attorney general has confirmed all the details contained in this review.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I would like to start off by saying I worked for Ford long ago when the name was Town & Country Ford on U.S.1 2 blocks north from S.R.100. I went to the Flagler Ford now located in Palm Coast on Palm Coast Pkwy on Feb. 7th 2008 for a simple oil change and a reason to look at some new vehicles. While waiting and watching everything going on in service, I was surpised to find one tech playing cards on a service computer next to my car that was getting that simple oil change, no big deal, right? A few minutes later, the old man that was changing my oil received a phone call on his cell phone and stopped working on my vehicle for 10 minutes! I received my car 20 minutes later but prior to leaving I wanted to set a time to have a a repair made on a re-call Ford issued on my Ford Focus (Fuel Pump & Fuel Line) I knew already my pump was bad due to a low pressure scan from a Actron CP9180 car scanner however they still wanted to charge a diagnosis fee! The practice of taking people for a easy ride for dollars by these folks is in fact ridiculous and shameful. Gary Yeomans and the Service Manager Bill Posey will see me more often now buying parts, getting my car serviced, & most of all myself buying my wife a new car because they did not try to rip me off. They treated me without a doubt with the most respect I have seen in a long time and it felt good. That is what Ford Motor Company is about. Sorry Flagler Ford, but your history in my book. Brian & Jessica P.S. The oil was low that day after the service performed by your tech and I had to add a half quart of oil. He never did crank it up to cycle the new oil and recheck the level. I watched the entire process.

My sales people, Joe and Tommy were excellent and took their time to explain all the details of the car and sales and did not pressure me at all. Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk PROMISED SERVICE DIDNT HAPPEN. I bought my Kia Sportage from PC Ford and the salesman (Josh) and the finance guy were great. But the check engine light was on, and I was assured that it would be fixed. They took it down to Daytona Kia, and supposedly replaced the O2 sensors, but the light came back on during the drive back up. They knew I was moving to CA and that I needed it fixed, but the owner (Carlos) assured me that there wasn't any real problem, so not to worry. I ran out of time before moving to resolve the issue and now I'm stuck with a car that I can't register in CA. No one will do the smog test w/the check engine light on, and w/out the smog certificate, it can't be registered. Now I'm getting tickets for having an expired registration. I've tried to get them to authorize the local dealer to get it fixed, but Carlos is ignoring me. I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended It is nice to see that a local merchant cares about its residents. My son just came into town and his car broke down out on US1. We called Palm Coast Ford who offered to pick him and his car up. Upon getting to the dealership they found the car had overheated and the motor would have to be re-built. I asked about trading it and was delighted with how my son and I were treated.They put him in a new Focus at an unbeatable price and gave us a reasonable price for the broken car. Joe our salesperson, and Carlos the owner went well above and beyond to make a horrible situation into a pleasent one.Thanks so much Palm Coast Ford you guys are top notch!

Mike and Charlie were my salespeople and they did a outstanding job showing me what they had in stock. I really didnt see one there that would do the job for me pulling my boat, so they located me one. It came in the next day and I took delivery. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Palm Coast Ford went the extra mile for me and got me the truck I wanted. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I just took my ford expedition in for some work. They called me right away and dianosed the problem within a reasonable amount of time. The alternator needed to be replaced. So they did it. Since then i have had no problems and i am very pleased with the service department. I would definately go back, maybe even to buy a new vehicle when the time comes.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended WOW! These are great people to work with. They found me the exact truck I was looking for at over $1800.00 less than all the other Ford stores nearby. If you are shopping for new vehicle see these guys last. They made me feel right at home.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended About 2 weeks ago i purchased a vehicle over at Palm Coast Ford and couldn't be more pleased. The service was amazing and the people are great. I highly recommend people of the area stop by and see what they have to offer.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I visited Palm Coast Ford a few days ago and got nothing but the utmost respect. The employees there are just the kindest people. You would normally think that a salesperson would pressure you into something you really don't want, but they gave me all the time I needed and didnt pressure me at all. I would gladly visit Palm Coast Ford for any further car needs!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I bought my "first" new car at Palm Coast Ford and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the whole staff was. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and my salesperson was very knowledgeable and extremely freindly. I was a little hesitant, as a woman, going into a dealership alone but let me tell you- I was shocked at how well I was treated with the utmost respect! Not to mention the great deal they gave me on my new Fusion. I highly recommend Palm Coast Ford as the place to go.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have bought a car from Palm Coast Ford before and have been getting my car serviced there for the past 6 months. Everytime i have visited I've been treated very kindly! Everything i have had fixed hasnt had a problem. The prices are also very resonable. Before I got service there i did research and there prices are the most resonable around here i think! very pleased would go there for all future service.

Well Done - Would Use Again I recently bought a car at Palm Coast Ford and was very pleased with the service. The receptionist was very polite and recomended who she thought would be the best suitable salesperson. The salesperson was polite right off the start and I ended up getting a great deal and left with it that day! I would definetly return to Palm Coast Ford for further service!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk pulled in to check out why my truck was running poorly, an was quoted 400.00 to change the plugs and wires by Mike Lindsey. I picked up the motorcraft plug wires and plugs for 63.00 at Napa and installed them in under an Hour, at home. beware of overpriced quotes.

The price was was high then they finally came down but after hrs of haggling. Then he would not let us go! Needless to say we went to another local dealership and got a steal of a deal on a F150!

As Expected - OK to Recommend I would not Buy a other Car from Palm Coast Ford,and I tell any one that will listen not to. The service department has no idear how to service a car or customer. The problem I had they had my car for 4 weeks I got it back with the same problem plus I was told it was my driving that was the problem.I purchased two cars from Palm Coast Ford tring to keep by purchasing in Palm Coast I will not do it again. If you have to buy a Ford do it out of town! If I could I would stan in from of Palm Coast Ford and tell anyone driving in [leave as fast as you can no one at Palm Coast Ford is there to help you ]

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I bought my first vehicle from Palm Coast Ford and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I had previously shopped around at other dealers not finding what i needed or the customer service. When i went to Palm Coast Ford i was greeted by a very nice sales man. He knew exactly what i wanted and how much i could spend. Needless to say he found the car i was looking for and at a great price. I also met several of the managers and they went out of their way to make sure i was satified. If i remember correctly his name was Carlos and the finance guy Eddie. I will definately buy another car from Palm Coast Ford!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I would not recommend anyone to buy from Palm Coast Ford. If you take your car in there, BEWARE it has a good possibility of coming out wrecked! Not only is some of their staff rude, but the owner, Carlos (General Manager too!) is a liar! He will tell you anything and lie right to your face. He does not stand good for anything that he tells you. I would recommend you go to another Ford dealership. I hate not to promote our town, but PC Ford does not have a good reputation here in Palm Coast! I recommend the drive to Gary Yeoman's any day over this loser dealership! I drive to Yeoman's just to keep from doing business w/PC Ford, I dont care how much it costs gas wise, it is worth it!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Our daughter needed a dependable car so we purchased one from this dealership. I lost track on how many time we had to service this car for the same problem. One day she was on her way home from college on I-95 and the car completely shut off, with no power steering she struggled to get off the highway with a truck behind her and then hysterically called us. That was the final straw with that vehicle. Needless to say......we NO longer will be dealing with Palm Coast Ford. They need to make alot of changes before I would consider going back.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I went to plam coast Ford and was looking around to purchase a truck. I was excited because I found one I really wanted. well, not only were they very unprofessional but they were very rude. They put me through about 2 hours of paper work and I knew my credit was very good. They started high and it was like a back and fourt game. They finally came to a reasonable monthly payment but I was just so upset by the way I was treated. I told them I would think about it and never returned.

ALSO,I HAD MY TRUCK SERVICED THERE A FEW TIMES! NEVER AGAIN, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE, I AM ONLY BEING HONEST. SORRY GUYS. I TAKE MY TRUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BE SERVICED NOW.

This dealership is a rip off and god nows how many other people they ripped off especially the elderly they are rude and do not help the customers.I always thought the customer is right especially when the dealership damages your vehicle.Severely damage your vehicle their mechanics did not fix what was needed on my vehicle that was brand new.The vehicle has been back and forth 6 times,for the same problem.I have sent a lot of people there will not be sending anymore they need to retrain some of the people there and the owner it self does not care about how his customers feel.I am ashamed of ford that they would allow a dealership to be run this way.I will never buy another ford because of the way we were treated.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I went to this dealership for maintenance on my 2000 Lincoln Continental. The service light was on. The mechanic discovered the air cleaner connection had come loose from the carburetor, which affected the emissions sensor causing the service light to come on. He supposedly tighten the connection and reset the light. Charges: $177 A month later the light came on again. I took the auto to a local mechanic. The problem was caused by the same loose fitting. He tightened the connection, reset the computer: Charges $0. Who do you think I will visit for future problems?

Well Done - Would Use Again I lost my mechanic so I decided to bite the bullet and make an appt at Flagler Ford. They treated me with the utmost respect. My vehicle went in for a 90,000 mile check up. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. The one thing that I did as them to check that was in addition to the check up they called me and gave me a quote. I told them it could wait. They were cool with it. My car was given back to me when promised. The price was as promised. Over all it was a GREAT experience and as a woman I would not hesitate to go back their again.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I heard Palm Coast Ford was bad before the new owners took over. We bought a used F150 a few months ago and were extremely pleased with the entire sales process. Very smooth from sales to finance to service. We received at least three follow up calls. This was our best car buying experience ever. Highly reccommend Sergio or Skip.
