Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I found that Jim White was a very pushy individual. He told me the warranty was not good if I did not use the company he wanted me to use. The company I wanted to use was the company he originally told me to use. Then they got into some lawsuit and the next thing I find is that I have to change to a new company when I was satisfied with the old company. This is when Jim White became very pushy and called me many times and told me I had to switch. I own the tubes when I bought the house, so I thought I can choose whoever I want. The tubes work fine I just don't like being told I have to use whatever company he chooses for me!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended UPDATE Aug2nd,2005: I had Jim White(Pesttubes) install his product into my new construction; From the initial call, to some scheduling problems with the builder, Jim was very understanding and a pleasure to deal with; Dependable, very reasonable and professional. Keep up the good work, Jim. ---------------------------------- The company that installed my friend's system in 1998, went out of business.The inlet coupling broke and he was quoted $130 to $150 to replace it. Jim White came over and changed it for $50.00 and was a pleasure to deal with. Outstanding service. Thank you !! I will use him to install the system into the house I am building right now.
