Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have been doing business with the city of Palm Coast permitting department for a long time now. I ahve found the permit technicians [ Marga, Libby, and Jeanie] to be of the most professional people to do buisiness with. Keep up the great customer relations ladies

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk City is beautiful. City Manager is a nut. He wants to build a multi-million dollar high rise "hoping" to attract businesses. This is when more than 100 storefronts lay empty and our unemployment is the highest in the state. I say IMPEACH.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The city government as a whole is interested in nothing more than spending money. The council approves expeditures that in the future they will not have to worry about because most likely they will be dead by the time the real bill comes due. As a voter I voted NO on a new city hall and new rec centers. I do not recall voting maybe but here we go spending 400,000.00 on a study or plans or whatever else they can dram up to create some type utopian society. WAKE UP this is no longer a communty of Q-tips. There are greater needs than helping your remaining years a little more enjoyable. Take some of that money that you planned on taking with you and spend it on these recreational needs instead of looking to tax payers as a whole to foot the bill for your golf and tennis.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I THOUGHT THE CITY WOULD BE LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR RESIDENTS BUT WHAT A SCAM THEY HAVE GOING ON. THE CITY HAS A FIRE MITIGATION ORDIANCE WHICH I UNDERSTAND AS AN OWNER OF SEVERAL LOTS IN PALM COAST. I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM THE CITY TO COMPLY WITH THE ORDIANCE. THE CITY SENT OUT A GUY SEAN FROM MANNIELS BOBCAT TO DO THE JOB, THE CITY CHARGED ME $300.00 PER SIDE PLUS A CITY FEE OF $100.00, I HAD HOUSES ON BOTH SIDES SO THEY CHARGED ME $700.00. SEAN FROM MANNIELS NEVER EVEN DID THE JOB A GUY FROM SUPPERIOR BOBCAT DID IT, HE ENDED UP HITTING 2 TREES AND THEY SPRAY PAINTED THE TREES SO I WOULDN'T KNOW. UNBELIEVABLE !!! THE NEXT TIME I GOT A LETTER FOR ANOTHER LOT I OWN I CALLED A COMPANY OUTSIDE THE CITY AND PAID ONLY $400.00 FOR THE SAME THING IT CAME OUT SO MUCH NEATER AND THEY DID NOT DESTROY MY TREES. SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF MONEY AND HIRE OUTSIDE OF THE CITY.
