Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I had 14 ink cartridges refilled at this store for $160.50 and after trying 3 in my priniter and having no success I called the store. I was told to bring them in and they would check them out. I dropped them off and was called the next day telling me that I should have tried all 14 before returning. They then wanted me to bring in my printer for a few days and they would have their tech check them out. I drove to the store with my printer and was greeted with a poor attitude from the lady (owner). I left with my printer and no refund and called the corporate office. No response for 2 months. This company is not standing behind their product. Im out $160.50 and a big hassle.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I have taken two laser cartridges here on two seperate occasions for refill and both times the cartridges did not work.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Two two cartridges over to be refilled for my Canon MP160. When I got them back the printer didn't recognize the cartridges so I took them back to Markus and explained the problem. He fixed the cartridges for me . Thanks! Wonderful customer service!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! First time I went back was to pick up cartridges that my husband had left two weeks prior to that day. First he couldn't find it even with the slip I had, then when he did, he said one was still being filled....it takes two weeks to fill?? Then he told me that he couldn't get one of them for a couple of days and that I would have to come back. I did another two weeks later.....they didn't get in the one that he said that he didn't have and would get in a couple of days after I was there the first time. When I put the color cartridge in, my computer rejected it. The black cartridge only lasted a week and the quality of the ink was terrible.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk The owner is very pleasant and helpful. I saved a lot of money, but the quality of what I thought was a simple request for black ink for my HP Inkjet became an ordeal. I was told it was a special order product but was not called when it finally arrived, and I have been using it for a few weeks and the quality is very poor. It is blotchy and smudges all over the paper. I would not purchase here again for desktop-publishing quality inks. Maybe for the savings, I'd get some for my kids' printer IF it was an in-stock item. Enjoy the savings, but be cautious. Spend the extra at Staples if it's quality you need.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Real knowledgable and very helpful. Prices are great. I saved a lot of money on ink and the quality is exceptional.
