Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I can't say enough about Community Mortgage Solutions! Blair, Dena and Brenda are truly the best professionals I have dealt with. Their customer service is top notch! I recently purchased my first home, and with the assistance of Blair and his staff, the process was the smoothest thing I've ever done! There were a few small bumps in the road that had to be dealt with but in the end, I was rewarded with a beautiful house and a very nice closing gift! If I decide to purchase another home in the future, I will be contacting Community Mortgage Solutions! Thank you Blair, Dena and Brenda, you guys are the BEST!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Well I'll start this off that Dena Fullwood walked into a nightmare with my loan (not on my end of it, the home itself and seller). I have to give it to her that what ever curve ball the property or seller threw at her she fought like a pitbull to get it handled for me. I cannot thank her enough for helping me put my family in a great size home on acreage so my boys can be boys! Thanks again Community Mortgage and Especially THANK YOU DENA, you rock!

Was referred to Blair by a well respected realtor and from day one Blair was absolutely patient, kind, but yet professional and no nonsense. We had many issues with our personal credit due to the economy and only focused on our business for many years and our personal credit slipped. He was the ONLY Mortgage Company to instruct us as to what to pay first 2nd, and so on. It was a step process we took for over a 10 month time spand. Well we finally cleaned up the credit and have a closing date of Aug 15th 2013. We thought when we called around in the beginning and all companies said pay everything before we will talk to you, that we would never have our own home. Blair was patient and worked with us the whole way. No other companies would do that. Thank you Blair from the bottom of our hearts. We are in the home stretch now all cause of your kindness and our determination !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLAIR.

I am so thankful that I did. I emailed Blair in the evening, and the next morning he called with my available options. HE helped me out in every way and spent his own time in completely all the details to accomplish our goal in moving to palm coast, fl. from the east coast. My brother bought his home here in Palm Coast through Blair, and of course he recommended him to me. Now it is not so uncommon to meet a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional. What was uncommon and made Blair stand apart to my wife and I. Wasn't that he was obviously incredibly skilled and adept. No it is that he truly cares about you and your family. Not the pretentious fallacies or disingenuous courtesies we all come to expect from the realty business. This good man and his staff went way above and beyond what is expected of them time and time again. They took great pride in doing an outstanding job and treating us like family. On our first meeting he stayed late to meet with us and let us know what had to be done to get started towards home ownership.He made sure we understood the proccess and what we needed to do in order to have the credit ratings necessary to qualify. He was always in communication with us to let us know where everything stood. Emails, phone calls, any time we had a question he was available. I would recomend Community Mortgage Solutions to all of my friends or family interested in purchasing a new home. My wife and I never expected to be in our new home in less than 6 months, but it happened thanks to Blair. It would have been sooner but we had to go through all this 4 times before we had a seller that would stick with it. So Blair did all the work 4 times. Never once did I think we should have gone with someone else. Blair is awsome!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended In April my wife & I visited Palm Coast looking for a 2nd home, one which we could eventually retire to. Our real estate agent, Andy Kalcounos of Palm Coast Realty, introduced us to Blair Lamphier of CMS as part of his service in providing us with information we would need prior to making a house selection. Blair was able to put together a purchasing package that far exceded our expectations. Armed with the information from Blair, we knew exactly what price range of house we should be looking at and decided on a house prior to heading back to Boston. What had begun as a "scouting" mission, quicklly turned into a "house buying" process. Within a day, Dena Fullwood from Blair's office had paperwork in our hands that locked us in at a great rate. Throughout the entire process, Blair & Dena were always available to answer our questions. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Community Mortgage Solutions is recommended in the highest regards. If your looking to buy your first home-Blaire is the guy to see. Blaire treated us as though we were his only clients. When we thought certain credit issues were blocking us from getting our first home-Blaire proved otherwise. We tried getting approved earlier by other companies-who shot us down before we had time to finish our conversation. Blaire takes the time. He worked hard for us, and now we our in our first home. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I cannot say enough good things about Annette Cucco and the staff at Community Mortgage Solutions.... I am a divorced mother of two and I was looking to get out of the rent cycle and finally purchase a home for my children and me to put some roots down. When everyone else told me NO WAY, Annette said YES... she knew of a program to help people in my situation. She went above and beyond. I feel like she treated me like a person with a family to take care of and not like I was just another loan or file on her desk.

Almost a year ago I purchase some investment property in the Palm Coast area, Blair and Monica was there for me they were extremely helpful to me. Last month I closed on my house and once again these guys were the BEST. Blair he just simply guided me in the right direction. I must say he had lots of patience with me, because at times I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do about something’s. As a direct result we close on our house the 28th of Dec. Doesn't get any more accurate than that. On point, precise, accurate, and honest. Helpful, outgoing, understanding, and steadfast. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I am fairly new to Palm Coast and the surrounding area so I didn't know who to go to when my boyfriend and I decided to buy a house. Blair was recommended to me by a realtor I was working with. After our first meeting, we knew we would only be dealing with Community Mortgage Solutions. We shopped around, just as a precaution, but no other lender came close to offering me the comfort I felt when dealing with Blair. It took us several months to find "the right place" and through it all Blair was patient and helpful, answering all of our questions with ease and confidence. He made the scary process of signing a mortgage joyful and exciting. We will definitely go back to Community Mortgage and Blair if we ever needed those services again.
