RATED 4 Star Rating - Well Done - Would Use Again (4 stars) by ARCTICBREEZEAC on Aug-06-2007 Report Abuse
Well Done - Would Use Again     I know that the European Village has new owners now!! I must say, the new management team is doing a great job. They have a lot to overcome from the previous owner and are working diligently to do just that. We were recently dealing with the manager, John, and Adam regarding an issue with the previous owner. Although they could only do so much to try and fix the previous management team problem, they did all they could to try and make us happy. We love to go there and enjoy the restaurants and just relax. I would recommend giving this new team a chance to prove themselves before you write the Village off entirely.

RATED 4 Star Rating - Well Done - Would Use Again (4 stars) by FUNINTHESUN on Jul-14-2007 Report Abuse
Well Done - Would Use Again     We visited The European Village Resort for Memorial Day Weekend Saturday, May 26,2007. Some of our friends recommended that we visit this resort to enjoy some great restaurants and some great live music. The food at Mesaluna's was ok but the entertainment was non stop! There was a group called "THE GREATEST MOMENTS IN TIME" performing this group was fantastic they had everyone up and dancing and everyone had a great time. Their was about 1000 people in the shops & restaurants and about 700 people were dancing and enjoying themselves the other 300 people were eating but they were singing in between bites of their food. I hope "THE GREATEST MOMENTS IN TIME" will return here because if so WE WILL BE THERE!!! If you ever get a chance to see them DO SO you won't regreat it!!!

RATED 1 Star Rating - Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! (1 stars) by LUCKIEMISSIE on Nov-01-2006 Report Abuse
Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!     I recently tried to enjoy my wedding night at this resort. But instead they ruined my night. My husband snuck out of our wedding reception to try to go check in and decorate the room with some flowers and chocolate. The first key they gave him didn't work. The second key they gave him didn't work. They moved him rooms and that key didn't work. He ended up being there over an hour trying to get into his room. When he finally got a key that worked he didn't even have time to decorate. He came back to get me and by this time I was very upset because I had no idea where he was. He explained what happened and we then left our reception to go down there and spend our wedding night. When I walk in the room, It was apparent that it wasn't the suite we had reserved. When we called the front desk they said that they didn't have anymore suites available. I was furious. We returned our keys and left. The charge is still on our card. They ruined my wedding night!

RATED 3 Star Rating - As Expected - OK to Recommend (3 stars) by JUGGERNAUT on May-16-2006 Report Abuse
As Expected - OK to Recommend     European Village is Palm Coast's only place to go hang out at night. The first thing you notice is the large tv screens facing every direction (no sound) surrounded by empty condos, a few restaurants, clothing, wine, and gift shops. We went there for Elvis night. It was a blast. We picked up a couple of pizza slices at the NY place, rather than wait one hour for a table. I bought a beer at the gift shop and we were ready for the King. We went back two weeks ago to the piano bar for drinks. This place could be great, but it's awful. The wait staff is lazy and mismanaged. They handed us a martini menu and told us they were out of olives. Isn't that like McDonalds running out of ketchup? The drinks took forever, the bill took longer, and we were overcharged. We enjoy European Village but can't wait for another place to hang out in Palm Coast or a real movie theater!

RATED 4 Star Rating - Well Done - Would Use Again (4 stars) by MAMAMEA on May-14-2006 Report Abuse
Well Done - Would Use Again     We had a family get togather recently and some stayed at the European Village - the rooms are beautiful! Very clean and the gym is now set up, which we use on a regular basis. Gayla, who is in the gym is a delight to deal with! The shops and resturants are all very friendly. I was delighted when I received and exqusite diamond tennis braclet that my husband bought at Klaus Fine Jewelery...it is beautiful! We enjoy the addition to Palm Coast.

RATED 2 Star Rating - Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk (2 stars) by PALMCOASTER on Mar-11-2006 Report Abuse
Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk     the food there is great, and the place is beautiful, but this is mainly regaurding the childrens store OH NATY! i went into OH NATY, and the prices were ridiculously high. But, price was not the issue i had with the store. There are huge pictures of the owners daughter all over the store walls, and even a television on the wall with a slideshow of her. i understand the love of a parent but i really do not think that it is a good buisness approach.nor does it make you feel comfortable inside the store. when asking the clerk (who informed me she was the owner of the store, and the Entire european village resort)about who was in the pictures, she became very angry, and accusatory asking me if i had a problem with her. i do not feel welcome there. nor would i go back. it does not appear that she is doing any buisness at all, and i cant say i dont understand.
