Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I had an appointment, over the phone, with Mrs. Murray. We were planning to review potential health insurance policies for me. I started asking questions about the different benefits and if they were available in my area. She replied “I’ve been doing this for 20 years, and I went to school for this“. I was taken back as she appeared very annoyed with the conversation and I had no idea why. She then went on to say “if you know so much, have fun, finding your own insurance“. And then she hung up on me. Not understanding what went wrong, I tried to call her back, and she did not answer the phone. I have only left two bad reviews for anything my entire life. This is the second one. Come to find out, the little bit of information that she did give me was completely incorrect, and could have had detrimental financial ramifications for me had I taken her at her word. I can only assume she felt threatened that I actually questioned her or maybe she was having a bad day. Either way…👎

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Tom and Donna at Murray and Murray Insurance are both incredibly caring and capable of meeting your insurance needs whether they be big or small. Choosing insurance plans could be a complicated ordeal, but Tom brings an experience and educated approach that makes it very easy to understand and immediately comforting. If you are looking for insurance do yourself a favor and give Tom and Donna a chance to help you and your family they way he has helped ours.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Working with Donna Murray was wonderful. She knew her products and after explaining our situation and needs, she was able to provide choices so that we could make the best educated decision for our family's health insurance needs. We were hooked up with the appropriate insurance in only a few days' time because of her fast response. Further, she went above and beyond in contacting a source with the proper credentials ensuring we did not lose any preexisting benefits due to our late sign up. If not for her, we might have missed our deadline for any preexisting qualification. Thanks Donna!
