Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Very professional and quick to respond. When we accidentally cut an electric line in our yard Palmetto Electric was the first company we called. The woman we spoke with was very kind and extremely helpful. She sent someone out right away. The gentleman who came to fix our cut line was great! Very friendly and his work was amazing. He was quick and efficient but didn't rush or cut corners. We will definitely call Palmetto again for all of our electrical needs.

Well Done - Would Use Again I had a problem with the electric supply to our home. I called Palmetto and based on my report to them they advised me to call FPL to see if there was a fault on the supply. Before they came out and charged me a call out fee. This saved me money as they were correct in their diagnosis. They also called up twice to follow up and ensure that I was going to get electricity restored as it was a Friday. I was impressed.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I am new to the Palm Coast area and until I found Palmetto Electric the service providers I have contracted had been a "miss". Palmetto was a "hit". The two young men, Robert and Eric, performing the work, were professional, polite and friendly. Can't say enough about the quality of their work, knowledge of their trade and willingness to address my questions as they worked. The fee charged was certainly reasonable.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended On June 7th, Palmetto Electric came to fix an electrical problem but actually there were two problems. The gentleman was very professional and all the work was done within an hour. He did forget some tools but came back a few days later. I would highly recommend.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The work was done correctly,but the problem we had was with a very rude employee, named Pat. He was the most grouchy,unfriendly person we have met here. My husband offered to shake his hand 'Hello' and Pat rudely replied 'My hands are dirty.,and refused my husbands extended hand. The man has the personality of a 'wet rag'. No offense to him,but when you deal with customers,you should be a 'LITTLE' polite,at least!He could use manners class.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Palmetto Electric wired our newly constructed house in Flagler County. Frank Dudley has been extremely helpful and patient with our many questions. It has been a real pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend Palmetto Electric to others.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Frank and his team did a terrific job installing a complex "SMART" Generator and transfer switch at our home. We appreciate quality workmanship and when the final bill comes in Lower then the original estimate it can't get any better. Quality parts and work and always on-time start to finish.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Palmetto Electric are the electricians that wired my whole house. I had them come back for more work and was greatly pleased with the quality of work. They added outlets for my Chrismas lighting in my soffits, all of my landscape lighting and even wired my outdoor speakers. They were very polite and courteous. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I set up the appointment from Virginia. They said they would be there between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. They showed up right on time, and got to work. They installed 4 ceiling fans where the wiring was not easily accessed- everything went smoothly. By noon they were finished, cleaned up after themselves, and even vacuumed - something I thought I would be doing. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electricians.
