Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Fain came out the same day I called him which was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, Fain's answer to everything was to just lather all moving parts with WD-40 or some type of lubricant. I did this but continued to have problems. I called him back up to come out again and he said there was nothing else he could do and that I just need to keep all moving parts lubricated. Since I didn't feel it was necessary to soak every wheel and other moving parts of my garage door with WD-40 every morning so I could get out of my garage, I called another garage door company. They came out same day and took care of my problem for the same price as Fain charged me. He's a nice man, but unfortunately I can't recommend him to fix your garage door.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Thank you ! Fain was prompt, professional and courteous. He fixed our garage door and was very reasonable. He provided me with what options I have under the circumstances. What impressed me the most was his quick response. I will keep his card for sure. Recommended !
