Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I called this company to have them relocate my property corners. When I spoke with the Gentlemen over the phone he told me that they will be happy to do that for me. I asked for rates and was told that they charge $50 per 1/2h and this job should not take more than an hour. I agreed and scheduled appointment. Few days latter job was done. It took them less than 10 minutes to locate corners (without any equipment!). 2 weeks latter I received bill for a $150 dollars. I called Stephenson Surveying and ask if this invoice was a mistake. All I got was an attitude and caustic laugh. I asked for price list of there services and was told that they don't have that and I should "just pay your bill". I strongly suggest that when you need survey work you should check other businesses first. I would never recommend Stephenson Surveying.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Anyone Knows that I am kinda hard to please. so this rating of five stars has been earned. Today I called this company to get a copy of my original survey because my copy of a copy was so deterirated that I could not read all of it. When I spoke with the Lady on the phone she told me That the copies would be 25.00 and that the survey was a 1987 survey. I then told her that I questioned wither mine had the correct measurements because what I thought was a 45' indication was actually 46'. I left it at that and was not concerned. but before I could go to pick up my copies she had sent a crew here to my house to check the survey just to make sure it was accurate. THAT is What I call Integrity. The number was actually a 46 just difficult to read on the old copy. these guy are about Quality and should be the first to call when you need survey work. ROOT
