Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I hired Marlo and Mike to take a friend and her little boy to Disney. It was a trip of a lifetime for them and Marlo and Mike went out of there way from the start to make everything perfect. The car was beautiful and clean and they were very sweet and nice to both Sarah and Skyler. If you ever need to hire a limo company there's no reason to call anyone else. Everything from top to bottom was first class and I couldn't think of one thing that I would have changed. There trip was started and finished in a way that they will remember forever. If anyone sees this , please call them , you will not regret it!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Wow. The owners went above and beyond to make our night absolutely perfect. They arrived a few minutes EARLY (unheard for limo companies) and were wonderfully nice and courteous. They got us to our multiple locations on time and without issue. We used Elegant Limos for a 40th birthday night out with 17 people who all fit comfortably. The sound system was unbelievably good and we made use of their great AV system all evening. I would not dream of using any other limo company for any occasion. Elegant Limos is the premier limo company serving the area and I am thrilled we were fortunate enough to find them for our fantastic evening! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Terrific job! My engagement was centered around the limo trip and Marlo was out of this world! Marlo was ontime, limo was clean, and everything went perfect. It was a total surprise to my now fiance when the limo showed up. Marlo had the flowers arranged perfectly, gifts and balloons were in the limo already, and the I-POD of mine was already in place. Marlo kept everything on the DL and my fiance is still wondering how I did so much without her knowing a limo was even coming to pick us up. No other limo company could have done so much and no other limo company would have been that geared towards the details and customer service. We could not have imagined a better night.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I booked an Elegant Limousines limo as a special surprise for my daughter's eighth birthday this past summer. The company's owners were so thoughtful and gracious that without me even asking, they purchased balloons and party supplies to decorate the inside of the limousine perfectly for a little girl's birthday. When my daughter and her friends went outside to leave for the birthday festivities, the driver was standing next to the limousine holding a happy birthday balloon and he had even rolled out the red carpet. Wow! The girls were thrilled beyond belief and had a great time. Elegant Limousines is definitely a solid company with conscientious owners who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure a special and memorable experience for their clients.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended What a way to start an all-girl cruise. Nine of us were picked up at my home by a beautiful stretch limo with a fabulous driver, Marla. She was exceptional in her service, arrivals on time, and made us so very comfortable. Our return from the cruise was equally great. Our group highly recommends this limo service.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I am not from Florida but my Mom and Dad live in the Daytona area. My brothers and I wanted to give our Mom a special surprise for her 80th birthday. She always wanted to ride in a limo. Soooo...we made her dream and wish come true with the help of Elegant Limousines. Marlo was professional, personal and so accommodating. It was like she was part of the family in her desire to make our Mom's birthday the best ever. She did just that. She literally rolled out the red carpet for our Mom. We will never forget all that she and Elegant Limousines did to make our Mom's birthday a dream come true. If I could give her 6 stars instead of 5, I would. More than highly recommended.

The little added touches were sweet-matching napkins and flowers to our wedding colors, etc. Driver was early, patient with 6 bridesmaids, 1 bride and one mother of the bride's disorganization and nervousness! Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Let me tell you My family came down from New York, 9 of them, and we had many difficulties trying to find a way, to get them to our house. Renting a vehicle was out of the question, because of how expensive it was. This Limousine Service was a life saver, plus the price was great. I do not know what I would have done without them. They were life savers. Not only was the price great, but the service went above and beyond my expectations. I wish that all companies would follow their example. Marlo gave my 7 year old granddaughter a Birthday she, nor I, will ever forget. She picked my granddaughter up from her elementary school in her Limo, which was THE most incredible ride of my life, took her to dinner and a private party at Bob Evans. This was all done out of the kindness of her heart. Not only was the Limo the most beautiful you will ever see, Marlo and her Husband have so much pride in their business. Not only is she very professional, but will make you feel like a life long friend before your trip is over. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have been using Elegant Limousines for almost 3 years and I will say that there Professional, On Time Courteous Service has made my decision very easy to trust them for all our Limousine needs. I have 3 daughters and 2 have used there services for there Weddings and they are always 15 minutes early. They stage right outside and have the Red carpet Rolled out and are so Caring. My Daughters dress almost got caught on her high heels and Marlo caught it right away before she tore her 3,000 dress. My other daughter will be using there service for her prom this year. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Marlo & Mike run a wonderful caring family business and there customer service is A+. Keep up the good work. When I seen the other ratings , I had to mention our experiences. I am new to this area and will hopefully find some great information on here.

Yesterday was my Autistic sons first prom. He had a date, but wanted to get a limousine like everyone else. But could not afford to rent a limo for the night. I called so many companies to ask if they could help a special needs couple, the answer's were "No". Then I called Marlo, and she was so willing to do what she could to make their night special. On one of their busiest nights, she took the time to pick up my son and his date, and donate an hour. This was the experience of a life time for them. The love and warmth along with the professionalism that she gave, was the highlight of their night. Thank you Marlo for everything you said and did to make my son so happy. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Perfect from start to finish! We hired Marlo and Mike to take us to the airport at 4:30am to catch a flight for the holiday. They arrived early, helped load our luggage and even after very little sleep, enaged in converation with us the whole way to the airport. On our return flight home, our plane was delayed for mechanical problems. We were put on another flight, which still didn't depart on time. I stayed in constant contact with Marlo, and she relayed the message to Mike. Mike picked us up alittle after midnight and had us home by 2am...WHAT A GUY! THE CAR WAS WELL STOCKED WITH COLD DRINKS AND WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE SERVICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. MARLO WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND ASKED IF NEEDED TO STOP ANYWHERE ON THE WAY TO MY HOTEL. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SERVICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED ON SHORT NOTICE. ON MY RETURN TRIP TO THE AIRPORT, MARLO MET ME AT THE HOTEL EARLY,4AM. SHE WAS JUST AS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL THEN ALSO. I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have used their Limo service twice and had great experiences both times. The cars are always spotless, inside and out! Marlo is fantastic and so is her husband Mike. I have used them early in the morning and they are always on time. I enjoy the service they provide and I will keep using them for all my limo needs.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Exceptional service. If there were 6 stars, Marlo would deserve the rating. My husband and I planned a special evening to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversery. We got tickets to see the Blue Man Group at Universal Orlando, but didn't want to drive. Marlo arrived early with a beautifully clean limo. The inside was absolutely spotless, fresh, and the champange was ice cold. Even after getting stuck in a notorious I4 track jam, we arrived refreshed and ready to enjoy our special night. After a great show, Marlo was just a cellphone call away. The ride home was very relaxing as we watched the movie Marlo had loaded in the limo's TV. We will use Elegant Limousines of Palm Coast for our airport trips and also to Port Caniveral to catch a cruise.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended A Sept trip was my 1st expeience and Marlo was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make it as perfect as possible considering I had to change my car service to the JAX airport twice within 24hrs. Each time she was willing to help coordinate another date/time. By the 3rd time I thought for sure she wouldnt be happy to see me! HOWEVER - knowing I was a female traveling to the airport at 4am she made the pick up & drop off to make me (and my husband) feel more secure & comfortable. She was ontime, very courteous and the car was ALWAYS spotless! We had a wonderful conversation each time. Even when my return flight arrived 3hrs late, I kept her in the loop w/the changes, and she was there waiting for me! I will be using her again! Thank u Marlo - my fellow New England girl!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Our experience with Elegant Limousines of Palm Coast was excellent. I can not say enough about Marlo and her services.My husband and I had a very long day ahead of us as Marlo took us to Tampa to an appointment for my disabled husband. She was on time, extremely patient with my husband who is 36 but very slow moving because of his disability.We arrived early for our appointment so we had plenty of time to register without rushing. Marlo was very caring and generous,consistantly asking us if we were comfortable,thristy,hungry or if there was anything she could do to make our trip more comfortable. I would highly recommend Marlo's services to my family, friends and coworkers. This is an A+++++++ company and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality, caring and safe limousine/car service. Thank you again Marlo we look forward to using you in the future!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Although I haven't used Mike and Marlo yet, I will say this. They stepped up and donated free Limo service to the Relay for Life fundraiser, and explained what they were giving to the letter, and it was more than fair. Just from my conversations with them, they really care about there name and customer satisfaction, and if you are not happy with something or have a VALID complaint, they have no problem doing whatever is neccesary to correct it. Next time I need a limo, its Elegant Limousine for me.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I am changing my feedback. These people were given an unfair review that they couldn't defend themselves against, so I took the liberty of telling their side of the story. Since the unjust review was removed, the rebuttal is no longer needed. However, based on conversations I have had with them...they are wonderful, caring people who are eager to make a success out of their business and please their customers. When and if I need a limousine, they will be the ones that I call. On another note, I appreciate and respect ANY business that gives back to their community by contributing to charitable events. I think it is wonderful that donated their service to the Relay for Life Event. Cancer has affected and devasted so many people. I would give them MORE than five stars if I could for being so generous to help with the cause to combat that which has touched so many of us. Thank you so much Elegant Limousines...you are a class act.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Marlo provided us with outstanding service. She arrived early, with an immaculate limo fully stocked with champagne, wine, water and ice. She even took the time to burn a CD of the artist whose concert we were attending. She truly helped make the evening memorable. Nicely done!

Well Done - Would Use Again Marlo and Mike are great. They were on time, very friendly and went beyond the call of duty. My husband left his sunglasses in their limo and they graciously drove to my sisters residence and returned them. We were so thankful. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
