Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! What a huge letdown and disappointment. I went there today wanting to purchase a floral bouquet for my daughter's first communion. Well, being that it was on Mother's day, she REFUSED to accommodate my needs. She further told me that I did not understand how busy Mother's Day is and that it takes a long time to make the bouquet that I wanted. Clearly she would not be making enough money off of my order. Well, she can got to hell like I told her. How dare she refuse service! I found another florist, THE VILLAGE GREENERY that was MORE Then willing to assist me. So, I hope that The Garden of Eden potential customers go to the Village Greenery instead!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk My family has used Garden of Eden for years, but the quality of the arrangements and flowers has diminished over the years to the point that we will avoid using them in the future. While Garden of Eden does seem willing to send out a new arrangement when we call to complain, the impact of receiving the flowers is substantially reduced when you have to fight with the florist to deliver what they promise. I recently had an arrangement selected from Garden of Eden's website, called "Dazzling Dahlias", which featured bright oranges, reds, and yellows delivered to my mother. I was stunned to see the arrangement delivered featured NO Dahlias, and no oranges. Instead, she received an arrangement of yellow roses (whose tips browned the second day), and a few spider mums. The website clearly states that substitutions, when required, will be made to mimic the design the customer originally ordered. This is just the most recent example of the fall in quality we've witnessed in recent years.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I recieved a beautiful flower arrangement in a twig style basket. As a former florist I highly recommend Garden of Eden. The arrangement of flowers was professional and the flowers so fresh. The twig basket container was the extra touch. Add the polite delivery person and all show me this is truely a very good florist. Thanks again. Pearlie

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Received flowers - the worse ever so after looking at the arrangement I just had to call. Spoke with the owner, I told her they were the worse flowers I had ever received and that I could do better myself and her replay was "so do them yourself". no i'm sorry or resolution at all .No way to run a business.
