Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Shane was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions! I had lower quotes, but no one was able to provide the level of customer service that Accu-Temp did. My house is now able to keep cool during the hottest days of summer.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by technician Shane Reagan when he serviced my still functioning A/C Unit that was installed in 1985. Shane told me that my unit has far exceeded its life expectancy and that I need to start budgeting for its replacement. I really appreciated his recommendations and will follow his advice. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I called three local companies for estimates on our church's broken A/C unit that had been in place before we moved into our location. The other two companies told us we needed to replace the entire system, (one company said 'down to the thermostats!) - at costs between 3-4k each. Chuck from Accu-Temp evaluated our unit, realized the warranty was still in effect until 2020, and was able to replace a few parts that typically wear out more frequently and therefore aren't covered. His honesty saved us a few thousand dollars!! Not only that, he went out of his way to be sure the parts were shipped overnight so we were able to hold services that Sunday, when the other companies didn't see the urgency. Our building went from a stifling 91 degrees to a cool 72 -- and did so with the utmost professionalism, honesty, and ethical service practices from a company that understands Who takes priority over the almighty dollar... Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We have been using Accu-Temp for several years and have always been extremely happy with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their reasonable rates. Today, they raised the bar even higher and went above and beyond the call of duty! Our a/c stopped working, but it was getting dark out and it was pouring rain -- our a/c compressor is on the roof. Chuck, the owner, was on the phone with us, tracking the weather on radar and coordinating with James (one of his awesome service techs). James arrived and repaired the problem quickly in a down pour, in the dark, on the roof. This company is awesome!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended PalmCoast.biz has delivered again! I needed a A.C. company to do routine maintenance and a give me a service contract. This web-site, my prior experiences with .biz referrals and the reviews for Accu-temp resulted in one call - to Accu-Temp. The phone staff was pleasant, explained my options, set me up and Shane just left after doing our service. Shane was on-time, efficient, polite, neat, took the time to explain things and answer questions. I look forward to a long relationship (although I hope I don't need to see them often  ) and would highly recommend. Thanks Shane and Accu-Temp!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Great experience with AccuTemp! My AC was not working after a lightning strike and I found Accu-Temp with great reports on Angie's List. I called early on Saturday and the repair was completed in less than 3 hours after my call. The price was fair and they honored a coupon I had picked up at a recent First Friday in Flagler Beach. They also have coupons on Angie's List. Shane, the technician, was pleasant, professional, efficient and gave good advice about replacing my AC unit due to its age. I will definitely call Accu-Tech for a quote when I replace the unit, and I will call them first if I need other AC/heat service.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Our AC was leaking and not producing cold air...we were miserable. The technician came out right on time checked the unit out and diagnosed the problem right away. I paid no service fee, he cleaned out the drain, cleaned off the coil, talked to me about getting a new filter with a better fit from a store and everything is working awesome. $89.00!!! They will be our AC company from now on. Thanks James

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We called Accu-Temp at 4:30pm because our central air was not working, by 6:15pm the tech had already fixed the problem and our house was starting to cool dowm. This company is reliable, very knowledgable and very resonable. They even have maintenance plans to that give you discounts on your repair costs.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended The serviceman. Billy, was punctual and showed up at the appointed time. He was very pleasant. He serviced both systems and appeared to do a very thorough job... explaining all the steps performed afterwards in great detail to insure I understood everything thoroughly. He was clean, friendly, professional and neat; and he obviously took great pride in his work. Can't ask for much more!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I love this company, they are always polite and informative when they make service calls, calling into their office is a pleasure. Everyone I have met via phone or thru a service call is pleasant and they always deal fairly. The quality of work is exceptional, I highly recommend using Accu-Temp and you cannot beat the $49 special they are running right now. Really it's $49 dollars and there are no tricks or gimmicks.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Chuck has done work for me before Mothers Day and since then. I dont know what RIO1975 is talking about, as I spoke with Chuck about that and it is just not true. It's not even in his character to not go out to anyone's house, let alone someone with a newborn. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Chuck's integrity and craftsmanship. He is honest, fair, knowledgeable, and gives excellent customer service! ***I want to update this. Rio1975 is slandering Chuck and Accu-Temp Heating and Air. When I commented earlier that I could not believe such a thing, as he has done numerous jobs for me, that person took their comments off. Then I updated my comments, as it no longer applied and seemed odd to leave it in there. Now as you can see, they have put their comments up there again. Obviously this poster is just someone with malice in their heart, or alot of time on their hands.***

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Air conditioner stopped working today. Gave Accu-Temp a call. Chuck, the owner, was at my house less than two hours later. Replaced a broken capacitor and serviced the entire system. Awesome job. Very professional and friendly. I will use them again if I run into any problems.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I contacted Accu-Temp (from a neighbor referral) to give me an extimate for replacing my central A/C unit. Accu-Temp (Chuck and crew) were excellent, especially in these areas: Inspected my home thoroughly before providing me with an extimate; Estimate was very reasonable, and included alternatives; Installation of new central unit was on-time, professionally done, and complete (re: testing, reviewing and explaining functions, etc.); and Post Installation included city inspection and Accu-Temp follow-up. A 1st class company; I would recommend to anyone.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Wow! What a lifesaver Chuck and his crew are. Our A/C broke down in the summer, got three quotes for the exact same unit (had to be totally replaced) and AccuTemp was the most reasonable. They were recommended by a friend so I went with them. They couldn’t have been any more professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to see someone care about their work and their customers. And to top it off my electric bill went from $500 to $250 a month after the installation!! I would recommend them to anyone needing a/c or heating. Thanks Chuck!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I worked with Chuck today at a Condo that we rent out. He was not only on time but early. He explained everything that was happening to the A/C unit and everything that was going to happen after he replaced the unit, which was very old. He was very helpful and very honest. His price was right on. We are going to have him take care of servicing our home unit as well. I recommend Chuck highly.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended The one that writes this is very picky and meticulous person (engineer). While looking today for a plumber in palmcoast.biz today (April 26, 2010), I remembered that we have been using Chuck regularly since summer 2007 when I wrote the first review (see below). Chuck services our Air & Heating and we are very pleased with his service. The following is the prior review I wrote on June 7, 2007: After comparing several quotes, we are glad we went with Accu-temp. Most others tried to sell a new system as an option, when indeed there is no need to replace. Another low quote missed source of issue (so they would later charge more and we did not trust their knowledge). Chuck knows and is responsible. He does not overcharge. We expect the work done right and we sensed that Chuck was responsible to do so. More importantly, we sensed that Chuck is a person of integrity. You have my highest recommendation. We need more like Chuck in PC (rather than those that tend to prey on elders).

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I'm a retired heating contractor originally from up north not being licensed in FL I had to rely on the local talent to replace our air conditioning unit. After researching our options and talking to and getting quotes from no less than seven local installers I went with Chuck owner of Accu-Temp. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge,credentials,overall manner. The guy got the job done,worked steady,got the details, clean, didn't bump up the price, craftmenship shined. You want it done to perfection and you can't do it yourself there's no one else in the area that will give you this level of skill at a honest price.

He is extremely professional and his knowledge of his products is textbook exact. He can answer any question and give you the best deal for what you personally need. I am single and always expect tradesmen to sell be something I don't need or to increase the price due to my lack of knowledge. Chuck did NOT. He was honest, open, extreme helpful. He work ethic is excellent! He does an excellent job, the best that it can be done. He went way beyond "the call of duty" with my job. He had to rebuild the structure that my air flow unit rested on rather than put it on a old weather rotted frame. He is someone that I would recommend to anyone, especially us single women out there that always has to take a chance went getting this kind of work done. I only wish he did more then a/c and heating work because I would hire him in a moment for any other work that I needed done to my house.Simply, he is great!Gilly

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended The owner is wonderful. I have had my system serviced by Accu-Temp and the work was great. The information and recommendations were excellent. This included getting me a filter which I only have to clean every few months without having to replace the filter. The long-term savings is huge. I highly recommend Acuu-Temp for all your heating and air conditioning needs.
