Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I didn’t hear back from my initial call, but called a second time. He hadn’t received my original message. I am glad I called again. I was able to schedule a time for service. James is friendly and easy to talk with. He completed a general maintenance service and was reasonably priced. I’m so happy I didn’t just give up and call someone else!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My garage door had not been working for years. I put off fixing it because I thought it was going to be expensive. I asked a friend of mine if she knew anyone who fixed garage doors and she told me about James from Atkins Garage Doors. I left a message, he returned my call and came out the same day. He was so polite, honest and explained everything he was doing. He repaired the garage doors and also programmed my remote. I would highly recommend Atkins Garage Doors to anyone who needs their garage doors repaired.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended James(from Atkins Garage Doors) is as honest, courteous, and reliable as they come . His cost's are just as good. I have had a few estimates before I had made my last call to him, and he had told me that it is a common thing for garage door springs to break. He told me a flat out cost(start to finish)and was beyond competitive. The other two estimates were just short of telling me I needed to rip out the entire garage door system(ok, I'll say it, Precision Garage Doors). James came to my home(precisely on time, with ten minutes to spare). After he completed the work he went over the entire system to see if there were any potential issues, and even checked the balance of the door and lubricated all necessary parts. He did not at any time try to sell me on anything I did not need and I give him such high regards for that. As long as he is around he will always be my garage door guy! Many many thanks James, your ACES my friend!!

I called Atkins Studios Garage doors at 8:00 a.m. and James and David were there by 9:00 a.m. They were done in less than an hour and my garage door not only works but is much quieter than before. Their pricing is extremely fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their garage door serviced.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I called James at about 1pm and he was at my door before 2pm fixing my garage door. I had not backed up my vehicle far enough into garage and the door came down and got caught and then when it went up the cables got messed up. He came out and worked on it for awhile and wala it was fixed and he even fixed a bracket that was pulling away from the door. What a nice man also. Very professional and when I called I was in tears as I thought I just ruined our door at our new home  ... He assured me that it probably wasn't as bad as I thought and he was right. Thank you James for rushing over and helping me be on my way to a wedding. GREAT JOB !!!!! Highly Recommend

James called me back minutes after my phone call and was at our home in short time. He had the parts, repaired the door, found a few other little problems and took care of those as well. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We have called Atkins Garage Doors on several occasions...always emergency at night or weekend. He has always responded promptly (once on a weekend and he was here in less than 30 minutes!) and has been very helpful. I panic when mechanical things go wrong but James's calm manner brings my BP down. We would recommend him to anyone with a garge door need. No job is too small or too big. We are thankful for his help.

My garage door opener was starting to self destruct, had always made a lot of noise since we moved in about 5 years ago, so I looked for someone in the area in the business and came across James Atkins from Atkins Garage Doors. I called him, left a message but got a return call within 15 minutes. He was on a job site near Kissimmee but stopped at my home on his way back later in the evening to look at the problem. Long story short, he did an outstanding job for me (promptly the next morning - yes, a Saturday), reasonably priced, very VERY courteous - what more can one ask for? I will recommend him to ANYONE who needs to have anything done to their garage doors. What a pleasure to do business with!

My garage door closed on the garbage can and, instead of the door going back up, it jammed and pulled out the brackets which connected the door to the pulley. I called Mr. Atkins about 1 pm and he came out later in the day and made the repair. His repair work was 100% better than the company that installed the door!! I highly recommed him and will definitely call him again if needed.

James will come for an emergency on the day you call him, he even was here til nealy 8pm the other night after all his other appointments, as our huge spring thing broke and we could not open the garage door. He does good work, and his character is one of compassion, kindness and to help people. Dan and I would call no one else in this town for the garage issues; james also replaced our garage door opener a year or so ago, and was reasonable and was a weekend call, if i remember correctly. No extra charge; James is a family man with a wife, dawn, and two children; This is the type of family that Palm Coast needs more of, and honesty is paramount, too. I continued to have problems for days after that so that clearly wasn't the issue. I called up Atkins Garage Doors and James came out on a Sunday afternoon and did several things for me to clear this up and was very affordable! Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Called Mr. Atkins on Saturday morning after unsuccessfully trying to repair my garage door spring. He came at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon. 30 minutes and 45 dollars later the door was repaired and working fine. He's a nice guy that does quality work for a resonable price. We highly recommend him.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I had a torsion spring break on my garage door last night and needed it replaced. I called Atkins on a Sunday expecting not to get service until Monday, but James who is the owner of the company returned my call right away and told me he could come out to fix my problem today, on a Sunday!! He replaced both springs, installed a new bracket for my garage door opener, and adjusted the entire system. He did all of this for a very very low price and was great to work with. My garage door has never worked better or been quiter than it is right now. Don't ever call anyone else. Atkins is the only garage door company you will ever need!! Thanks Atkins!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended !!! **** WOW - WOW - WOW !!!! **** WOW on customer service, WOW on price, WOW on promptness, WOW on professionalism. A spring broke on our garage screen door - I called all of the local companies - Atkins returned our call quickly, offered to come out the SAME day - even at 8p.m. - his price was on the LOWER end of the spectrum, and the customer service CANNOT be surpassed. It's been a long time since we've experienced customer service like this!! Will definitely REFER to friends/family, and will use him for all of our garage door needs in the future. THANKS Atkins! Top of the Line - Highly Recommended When my garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon I was sure it would be out of service until Monday. I check Palmcoast.biz for reviews and called James Atkins. I was surprised when he came by after hours to help me out and fix my door at a reasonable price on a Friday evening! No extra charge. How great is that? I had been planning on changing my ailing garage door opener myself. I was so impressed with his repair I asked him to come back and replace the 12 year old garage door opener. His price was great and again he worked around my schedule to install the opener. He cleaned up all the old parts and packing materials leaving my garage cleaner and better than new! This was a great experience, great product, great service! Thank you James.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended In my search for a trustworthy person/business to repair my door opener I first consulted PalmCoastBiz.com and was not disappointed. My search started and ended with Atkins Garage Doors. I called and spoke with James and a date and time was set. James did not try to sell me anything more than what I needed and also did a door adjustment. The work was done within 40 minutes and for a reasonable price including new electric eyes. He also offered me a 10% discount that was advertised in the PennySaver. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I recently moved from South Florida to Palm Coast. After a few personal experiences with hurricanes, I wanted to add more storm protection to my home by upgrading my two garage doors to a more robust wind code. This is not as easy a task as it initially appears. Upgrading existing doors to most garage door companies means selling you another expensive set of doors. I called the Wayne Dalton corporate offices for technical advise and they sent me to a central Florida distributor. He strongly recommended James Atkins of Atkins Garage Doors to the work locally. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company and its owner. He gave me a very fair price, was knowledgeable about increasing the wind code rating, and made sure that every aspect of the problem was addressed including fixing installation errors done by the builder's installers. Moreover, Mr. Atkins promptly returned my calls and arrived at the agreed time. For a job done right at a fair price, choose Atkins.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I came home from a long day@ work only to find out my garage door would not only open up but it now hung off its hinges, exsposing my gargae to the elements and leaving my house unsecured.I am a single parent and the thought of this terrified me knowing that anything from a skunk, snake or even a robber could easily have access to my garge and my home since my door to the garage does not have a lock.It was late and my child had to be at a softball game.I had no choice but to leave my home as is.My neighbor saw my delema and suggested a man by the name of James Atkins, he told me Mr, Atkins was very reasonable but was also honest.I called Mr. Atkins when I got home @ 8;30 pm and by 10;15 PM he was @ my home in Port Orange, securing the door and assuring he would be back the next day after I got off from work to finish the job of repairing the door. He quoted a great price for a new spring, cable, tracking, and labor.It was the best exsperience I had ever had with any repair.AAAAA++++
