Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Bunky sent me an email requesting that the review below be removed and I am declining. We are still fixing the problems and some cannot be fixed without replacing the entire wood floor in one room. The workmanship was poor and he did not complete the job and made a huge mess that I had to clean up myself after he told me repeatedly that he is well known for cleaning up. When Bunky costed the job, "everything for a complete job" was included. I had to have a carpenter come in and cut down the doors and put in the thresholds, fix the floor in numerous places. Bunky actually left one closet that he rehung impossible to open. His excuses for not completing are I am not a door guy, I am not a closet guy, I am not a drywall guy, I am not a caulking guy, etc. Even though all these are included in his quote I had to have someone else complete the work.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This company provides beautiful work. I used them to replace the entire flooring in my home. They did the tile and the wood flooring and what a "work of art" it is. If you are looking for any flooring installations, I would definately suggest this company. He does all of the work himself. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have heard so many great things about this flooring installation company in Palm Coast that I had to try them for myself. WOW what terrific work they do!!! I hired them to install all of the flooring that was needed in 3 rental units that I manage. They installed the carpet, tile, wood and vinyl. I would have to say that after all work was complete that these homes now look like models. I will highly recommend Fredericks Artistic Tile to other companies and friends. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I would definitely say this company is "TOP OF THE LINE". Their work is every bit of quality, that they say it is. I checked the references out and they all had the same great comments. The prices were reasonable and they project completion was right on time. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I called Bunky Tuesday about a shower floor that Mercedes Homes did a terrible job laying, and never fixed under warranty. (tiles popping off floor and causing a severe safety hazard for my family.)He came out 45 minutes after I called him, and gave me an estimate that evening. He came today, Friday, and completed the job....he called this morning to confirm, and the price was as estimated....great work, very nice, cleaned up after himself! I would definitely use again...Thanks!

His is a reasonable person and very easy to get along with. He provides an excellent service and has a great history. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I wanted to get some tile projects done in my home. I called 5 different companies for estimates and checked all of the references provided by each. Fredericks Artistic Tile was the only company out of the 5 that had outstanding references with outstanding comments. Each individual was completely happy with their installation service that Fredericks had provided. My estimate was a few dollars higher with Fredericks than the rest, but I was assured that the quality of the job would be worth every penny of it. I would rather pay the few extra dollars to know that a true professional is completing the work. And it was just that!!! What a beautiful job it turned out to be. I hired them to remodel my bathroom and build me a tiled shower and tile around my new tub. I was kind of uncertain on how I wanted things to be arranged but Bunky suggested some ideas and I made my final decision. He has built me a beautiful shower and my new tub is awesome. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I wanted slate flooring laid in my house. Apparently this is such a difficult floor to lay that several contractors refused to even give me an estimate. I am so glad that I chose to use Bunky. He did a wonderful job on the slate, and I have absolutely no complaints. He kept a neat work area, and was not excessively loud (I have a baby in the home). I would highly reccommend him for any job in the future and will only use him myself.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This company tiled our Hotel on Flagler Beach. He did a fabulous job. They were there on time each day and picked up their mess when they left. They were so good, we asked them to come do our home.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This company tiled our entire Palm Coast professional complex. I only had 1 week to tile 5000 square feet and they completed it on time. They work great under pressure. We will use them in the future. For a professinal Tile Installation I would recommend using FREDERICKS ARTISTIC TILE.
