Well Done - Would Use Again Wanted a "smaller" gutter job and called Killians. The team that did the work was great, friendly, on-time and did a great job. Salesperson who came out was great too. The schedule/contract person who follows up was a bit "relentless" - so much so our guests commented on how often they called even after we told them we would send it. Highly recommend.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I interviewed 3 other companies besides Killian's to install all new gutters & downspouts, lanai screening and window screening. Hans provided the estimates in a professional manner; the cost was neither the highest nor the lowest. I was impressed by the fact that he understood exactly what I wanted, was honest about when they could fit the job into their schedule, and was willing to complete the entire job all the same day. The crew showed up on time, worked tirelessly and was very courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Killian's to anyone looking for gutters/screening to be done. My house looks absolutely great!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Please be aware this business is quick to represent themselves as the best in the area. However, in my case they quoted a job that they could not perform. They scheduled a date to perform the work and then cancelled. After wasting valuable time while they assessed the job and how they were going to perform it a week went by. They then called to reschedule. After agreeing to the new date to perform the work they called back a day later to cancel the job. They claimed they misquoted and would nor be able to handle the job. Certainly not very professional, let the buyer beware!!!!!!!!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Summary - I was given a misleading quote and was handed off to a third party not qualified to make all the repairs. Details - Hans came out to give me a quote to fix some leaky gutters and blown out screen panels. I signed the contract and Hans asked me to give him a week to get it scheduled. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I called the office. The next day I get a call from a different pool/screen company and was told Killians gave them the work. Huh? And by the way, they said they were not qualified to work on gutters. I called Killian's to see what was going on. Killians told me they are not insured to work on 2 story screen enclosures. If that's true, why did Hans get me to sign a work order to the work. The third party vendor Killians handed me off to called the next day and guess what? He told me that he was qualified to make the gutter repair. Well, I guy shows up with a tube of caulk, and after 2 attemps at repair, the gutters leak as badly as they ever did.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My husband and I decided to contact Killian’s after researching other companies. Once we phoned the office, Rosemarie arrived at our home on time, measured, and explained the products and process very clearly. She also arranged to have both gutters and garage screen doors installed on the same day, which we appreciated. Hans and Robert arrived on time and did an extraordinarily professional job and we are extremely happy with the results. Friends who have visited our home since then have also commented on the quality of the workmanship. We've looked at homes in our area with gutters, and they look inferior compared to ours. Killian’s without a doubt is the very best in their field. They deserve ten stars!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I called Killians on a Friday about installing gutters on my house. They came out Monday and gave me a price which was way below what I was expecting. That Wednesday they installed them, and I couldn't be more happy. Excellent quality, professional, and courteous crew. If I could give 6 stars I would. Kevin

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Killians Seamless Gutters and Screens qualifies for not only "TOP CHOICE" in my book but also THE ONLY CHOICE. I have been doing business with Hans, Rosemarie and Robert for the past 8 years and have nothing but praise for the level of work they provide to myself and my customers. I have happily refered the Killians to dozens of my customers who then call me to thank me for the great work at there properties. It is always nice to know that there are still small businesses out there who take pride in there work and make customer satisfaction there top goal. They also installed a garage screen door at the same time as the gutters. We are very happy with their quality work on both jobs and would highly recommend them. Killian's is family owned/operated which we enjoyed dealing with.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended As a first time homeowner I had 3 different companies come over and give me an estimate- Killian's was priced the most competitive. They came out and did the job while I was out of town and left the bill in my door. There was one piece that looked a little funny to me, I called Killian's and spoke with Rosemarie- after telling her my issue she told me no problem someone would be out tomorrow to fix it. Not only did they fix it but they replaced the entire piece!! The customer service/satisfaction they showed was excellent! If anyone is thinking of having gutters done, choose Killian's you will not be dissapointed.
