Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Dina has been cleaning my home regularly and does a fantastic job. However, she really came through on my recent "final move-out" cleaning. I was under a tight deadline and Dina and her team worked almost 40 hours, including the weekend to finalize the cleaning. The result exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommend her for any future cleaning needs. She is dependable, hard working, conscientious, and has a positive "can do" attitude, which is very difficult to find these days. Highly recommend.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I rarely (almost Never) post about service providers as I expect excellence in return for payment of their fee, but I felt the need to post about this company. I used Dina's service several years ago when I had a toddler, 2 teens and my spouse living in the home, and she did an excellent job at that time and made me feel comfortable about having strangers in my home all up in my belongings. I am a very private person, and a bit of a control freak, so this was a big deal! My schedule lightened eventually, and I did not need the service for a few years, and I recently came back to her due to my own work demands, and I have never been so glad!! My house is sparkling, smells wonderful, and I can focus on other things in my life without the added stress of juggling housework demands. My shower is white I can find all my earrings again (thanks to Angel), and it is a just a pleasure to experience that feeling of relaxation knowing everything is taken care of. I highly recommend them!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Hired this company to clean my home bi monthly. My son came over the morning of the cleaning to give me money that he owed me. I took the money and placed it in a envelope and put it in my dresser draw. Money was counted and there was no doubt of the ammount in the envelope. I enformed Dina's cleaner ( Angel) that i would be going to pick up my grandsons at school and would be gone for about 30 min. Keep in mind there was no other person in my house other than Dina's housekeeper the entire time i was gone. When I check again several hours later the money was missing. Again no one had access to this or did anyone know the money was in the draw.I contacted Dina and told her her the money was missing . Dina did not take responsibility for the theft.Draw your own conclusion. Money was there then it wasen't no one in the house but me and the house keeper. Would I use this company again ? Absolutly not. I fired them on the spot. Contacted the sheriffs office and filled a police report.

I have 3 dogs and you would never know it based on how great of a job Dina did. Having Dina is wonderful and we consider her part of the family.

Luckily I was told to go to a real estate agent who recommended Dina's Cleaning Service. She is prompt, professional and reasonable and did an outstanding job. I would recommend her and will definately use her services in the future.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Dina and Angel have been cleaning our house for about 8 months and I truly believe they are the best house cleaners I have every experienced. They are always prompt and if I need to contact them, Dina always answers her phone. They are extremely easy to work with and are flexible with your schedule. They arrive with all the materials they need to clean and give you advice on things they spot that need to be addressed. They dust everything, including the pictures, the top of the medicine cabinet, and areas I never even thought of. Angel is the absolute best I have ever seen when it come to cleaning glass. Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The service seemed to do an OK job the 1st time. There were a couple things that Dina said would be cleaned, but were not. She said that all appliances would be wiped down. My black coffee pot was still dusty. Also, my mirrored medicine cabinets were not cleaned. My bathroom floor was still dusty around the edges. I was willing to let these minor things go the first time, so I asked her to come again. This time was a disaster. She left puddles of dirty water on my bathroom floor. The shower still had mildew. My family room floor was still dirty. I called her and she was perfectly willing to come back and redo all my floors, but then... she told me a story about using her favorite mop on a different house earlier that day that had dogs. Then she brought that same mop to my house and used it on my floor! Yuck!!! She complained about having to redo one of my bathroom floors on her hands and knees because her mop left dog hair from the other house on my floor. Disgusting! Don't hire her!

We interviewed a few other cleaning services and all we heard was..."I don't do that." Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I had a Big Bash at my home for our friends Bridal Shower. It was an important event. Dina was great she not only helped get the house clean and ready but she also helped with some of the planning. She help me plan the menu,brought tables,and had great suggestions for the look of the party. When the food was ready she put it out for my guests and the presentation was beautiful, and even bartended for me. I actually was able to enjoy my party. Best part she cleaned up. I had no clean up. Recommend Dina's White Glove to everyone.

We had rented the house to a family in the area for appoximately 18 months. They left the house in complete and utter filth. We were so pleased to find Dina's business ethics are top-notch and she was more than helpful in helping us find other contractors for the repairs needed in the home. The contractors she recommended work out great as well! We would recommend her to anyone that truely needed dependable help!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We have a RENTAL unit. Dina has no problem with the flexible dates, including weekends. She only has a few hours between renters and has to be in & out. The house is always up to specs & looks great & ready to go for the next week customers. I ask for negative feedback & it's always positive & no complaints. I book the dates & then confirm & never have any trouble. She takes care of it & I don't have to worry. Well worth it!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I hired Dana to clean my house. Sadly, I was not as impressed as the others on this blog. As far as dusting, allot of furniture was skipped over as well as the blinds and mopping under the beds and one entire room was skipped completely. If dusting and mopping are additional, she should have told us up front. I assumed she would do the same basic house cleaning I do, mop, dust, etc. One toilet still had urine drops under the seat. I had to clean again after she left. I was very disappointed in her service. I hired her based on all of the excellent comments she has but she certainly fell short on cleaning my house. Also, she said she and another girl did the cleaning but two guys showed up at my house along with her. Dina left and they remained. One of the guys even had to ask me what they were supposed to do for me. Dina came back in time to collect her money. *Since this post Dina has offered to make things right and re-clean my home again at no cost.*

Like others I chose Dina's from her great reviews. At the time we were living in PA & I called her from there to arrange a cleaning of the home we had just purchased. Never having met me, having no idea if I was honest, Dina agreed immediately to take the job. She would have it clean for us when we arrived. That meant she would have to wait for payment until we got there a few days after her work. Not only was our house immaculate, but she came back personally to make sure we were satisfied. I can not tell you how much that meant to have someone trust us from so many miles away. I needed her again today and once again, the job I got was all any reasonable person would expect and then some. DO NOT HESITATE to use Dina's White Glove Cleaning!

She did a half assed job on the entire house. She said they wash base boards and inside the fridge and microwave and wipe down all kitchen cupboards inside and out. Well none of these things were done. The counters have 2 cutting boards on them that match the granite counters and neither were washed under them. The sad part is we have been very nice to her and she won't return any of our calls and we gave her the chance to do so before posting on here. She said she told her girls to come back and finish the job but they never showed up and then told us she would call us right back, she didn't. I hope for her sake she is really liscensed and insured cause I will be checking. Dina and her suck ass cleaning has not heard the end and small claims court is our next step. So BEWARE her services are far from the reviews I have read on here.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We've worked in a few houses being prepped for new occupants, and needed cleaning services. We called Dina and she showed up promptly. She did a wonderful job on each house. We were able to complete our work and get the owners moved in on time. Dina is very thorough and cares about your home. We highly recommend Dina's White Glove Cleaning to our clients.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Let me just say – oh my goodness! I cannot believe how phenomenal Dina’s White Glove cleaning is. Dina and two of her girls showed up at my house less than 24 hours after I called them. I can not stress what a mess the house was. I mean it was tornado worthy. Among other things – there were toys EVERYWHERE and nowhere to put them. Of course, there were other house issues, but the clutter was insane! I am pretty sure that when Dina and her girls walked in, that they wanted to turn around and leave. Thank goodness for me, they did not. Not only did they stay, but they totally transformed my house. When I got home that evening, it was like walking into a brand new house (before we cluttered it up). I could not believe my eyes! It was amazing! And, I promise you that I am not being over the top – it was actually that great. Not only did they do a min-blowing job on the house, they did it in just a few short hours! I think they were only here like three hours, maybe a little more. When I realized how long they were here, I thought that the house would look okay…I was grossly underestimating their abilities. Not only did the clutter get picked up and organized, but the rest of the house was cleaned too. The tubs, showers, toilets, floors, and so on were scrubbed clean. I could not believe it. Everything was PERFECT!!!! So, two thumbs (and even two big toes) up to Dina’s! If I had more thumbs, they would be up, too. They are amazing and I would recommend them to any and everyone that need their services! Thank you Dina’s!!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended dina's white glove service is exceptional in every way. i gave her 5 stars. when we were moving i called her an i got my whole deposit back. i'm haven her company clean my new home before i move in. i recomend her to every one.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Dina provides excellent cleaning. She makes your house sparkle,she cleans under the toilets, toaster ovens, microwaves, and all the small spots that most others miss! She is careful and accomodates to what you would like to have her clean. She is easy to work with and knows cleaning! Her prices are very reasonable. I love her visits!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Have you seen the commercials where the lady screams when she comes home because she is so happy her house is clean. Well today I had a moment just like that and it is wonderful. Dina is a great person and very professional. My house should have been a challenge but she made it seem easy. My oldest sons room was one of the worst teenage messes that I have ever witnessed. His room sparkles now and I just can't believe it is the same room. Very thorough, punctual and a great price.
