Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I checked this website for the best rated painter in the area and found Ed. I called him and his wife to a message which he returned immediatley. I scheduled a time for him to come and give an estimate and Ed was there promptly and quoted me a reasonable price to repaint the entire interior of my home. Ed showed up everyday on time and ready to work. I even had a special request for one room which I wanted painted in Gator Blue. I gave Ed a swatch of the color I had in mind and he and Sherwin Williams worked a half a day matching the color perfectly. Ed was very knowledgable and did superb work. So much so, that I also hired him to paint my garage floor after he finished the interior of my home. I highly reccomend Ed to anyone who needs to have painting done. I will be hiring him again next year to paint the exterior of my home. Ed is a rare find these days, an honest hardworking businessman who keeps his word. He is also a very fun guy to talk with. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We were very happy with the interior painting done by Flagler Home Maintenance and Painting. Ed was very good at offering suggestions when asked and was great at answering our questions. The work was done professionally and the results were beyond our expectations. The price was reasonable for the work performed.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My wife and I hired Ed to paint the exterior of our home. His price was great and his workmanship was better. He was very friendly and extremely professional. He arrived every day on time and was meticulous about his work. Our home looks new. A beautiful job much better than we had hoped for. We are extremely happy with Ed and his work.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I HIRED THIS GENTLEMAN AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION AND WEEKS OF RESEARCH. I READ ABOUT HIS REVIEWS AND THEN KEPT LOOKING EVEN FURTHUR AND THEN WOULD GO BACK TO HIS REVIEWS. SO...I CALLED HIS LISTED PHONE NUMBER AND SPOKE TO HIS WIFE BARBARA AND KNEW IMMEDIATELY THAT I COULD TRUST THIS HARD WORKING FAMILY. NOT ONLY DID HIS WIFE HAVE ED CALL ME BACK BUT HE SET APPOINTMENT WITH ME AND WAS RIGHT ON TIME. VERY FRIENDLY , AND HE BROUGHT HIS DAUGHTER OUT TO SHOW MY FAMILY SOME REALLY FANTASTIC COLORS IDEAS. HE IS EXTREMLY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD VERY GOOD PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. MY HUSBAND AND I WAS SO IMPRESSED BUT WANTED TO RESERVE OUR FINAL THOUGHTS TILL AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My wife and I recently hired Flagler Home Maintenance & Painting to modify the interior of our new home. We were very pleased with the way that the project turned out. Ed was very conscientious and gave great attention to the small details. The framing, drywall, texture, and even paint color matched the existing walls perfectly. Not to mention the fact that the work was done at a reasonable price. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We contracted Ed to paint the entire interior of a home we purchased. He wasted no time at all coming out to give us a quote. He was very reasonable with his pricing and very flexable scheduling his work around other contractors working on the house. He completed the job efficiently, showed up when he said he would and was very easy to work with. He made it his first priority to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Ed to anyone who needs a painter as he demonstrates integrity, reliability, he is trustworthy, efficient and did an excellent job painting our home.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I recently had a family reunion and my house looked pretty shabby.It needed a paint job desperatly,and fast.. I called Ed at Flagler painting and he came to my rescue.I needed my kitchen,guest bathroom and my guest room sanded and painted,not to mention my popcorn ceilings.Ed came in gave me a free estimate and rearranged his schedule to fit me in.He is the best.His price was fair and the job was proffesionaly done. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We are expecting our first baby in December and I am finally ready to get started on the Nursery. The only problem was that I had to have the room painted. My husband works crazy hours and the last thing I want him to do is come home and paint all night. And I obviously shouldnt be painting. So, this morning I called Ed and he was amazing, he fit me right into his schedule! He came right over, painted the entire room and it looks amazing. Flagler Home Maintenance and Painting is a very professional company to work with. Ed came over, introduced himself and provided proof of License and Insurance, considering I am a local business owner this means a great deal. This is a great company to work with, dont even shop around go with Flagler Home Maintenance and Painting for your next project!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My husband hired the owner Ed of Flagler Home to come to do some work at his mother's house. She wanted the house painted and stuccoed. The job looks great and the price was very reasonable. He also did all this in a week. I just wanted to say thank you and tell everyone if your looking for someone you can count on to get the job done right for a reasonable price and looks great call Ed. You won't find anyone that takes more pride in his work. His # is 447-3743.
