Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We were referred to Kevin A Peck Inc by our home builder and he also received a great recommendation from the HOA management company. Kevin possesses substantial expertise and experience in marine construction and was key to the design of our dock and pier so as to minimize the impact on the conservation area through which we built. Additionally, I'm convinced his reputation and relationship with the St John's WMD served to expedite approval of our project thereby. His crew was friendly and professional while advancing the project to completion in an expeditious fashion. Job site impact was minimal and daily recovery was great. Materials and craftsmanship are top quality and all who've seen the finished product have been quite impressed. We are extremely satisfied with our dock, as well as the construction experience with Kevin Peck who's quality and pricing represent an excellent value. We would highly recommend Kevin for any marine construction project.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin completed two projects for us. The first involved removal of an old leaning seawall and replacing it with a corrugated panel seawall. The removal of the old seawall was very difficult because of the proximity to a structure requiring Kevin to bring in additional equipment. In all respects, he did whatever was needed to make sure the job was done right. The second project involved removal of the old dock and replacing it with a new dock,boathouse and boat lift. The construction was outstanding. Kevin made meaningful suggestions for construction details that resulted in a product that exceeded our expectations. His crew is very professional and competent. Kevin was extremely responsive in all phases of the work. We highly recommend him for similar projects.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin did an outstanding job replacing our seawall and building us a new dock/boat lift. Very professional, the job started and ended in the time frame promised and at the contracted price. The site was kept in order and cleaned up completely when finished. Kevin was easy to work with and immediately responsive to all questions. We would definitely use his services again for any related work.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin completed a 240 foot tear out and replacement of our seawall AND completed a new boathouse with lift and dock. It was a difficult job with tight access to tear out and replace the seawall. He completed the job well ahead of schedule and on budget. He also did extra work at no charge. He was able to recommend contractors for other phases of our home remodeling that were very helpful. Very highly recommended!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin Peck just completed our boathouse with lift and dock. Kevin made some great design suggestions on making it easier to get in and out of our kayaks in the water. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. If there was a board or something I didn't like, he changed it. No questions asked. He came in on time and on price. Not only was there no additional charges, he added a couple of things NO CHARGE! I would highly recommend him to others and would use him again.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We hired Kevin to build boathouse, lift and deck area on intercoastal lot. He did an exceptional job with all aspects of the work including recommendation of a great electrician. The process was smooth, construction above par and the trex decking looks great. We would highly recommend him to others and would use him again.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin and his crew did a great job on our boat dick and lift. Kevin not only made some great suggestions, but was also quick to respond when one of the lift motors 'blew'...it was replaced in just a couple of days. We're fans!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin and his crew did a great job with our boat house and lift. It was placed exactly where we wanted it, and was finished in a timely manner. Material deliveries were scheduled, and work commenced and completed on time, using quality materials. He also made several valuable suggestions regarding design.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Great Experience. Kevin is a great professional. He made sure all the permits were issued in a timely manner. The city can be kind of slow, but he kept on them. When it came time to install the deck they were very polite, and worked quickly to get the job done and fast as possible. Left my property exactly they way it was before the construction started. I would recommend Keven to anyone. Thank you Kevin

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Mr. Peck was recommended to me for the construction of a new 65' dock and boathouse along with seawall repairs. He was straghtforward and never "minced" words. I wanted some special things done ( Brazilian wood decking, invisible nailing) along with the seawall repairs and he "filled the bill"! 1) He says exactly what he thinks and won't allow the customer to compromise his work. 2)He's proud of his work and will willingly show you projects that are similar to what you want. 3) He gives a schedule and will not negotiate too much either on time or price to compromise the project but, darn it, he does what he says with the quality that he promise 3) He worked with us to incorporate unique features I wanted and worked with city planning to get appropriate approvals 4) He's a nice, honest man to deal with As a person involved with construction most of my life, it has been quite refreshing to meet a number of good contractors in Palm Coast. Kevin Peck is at the top of the list

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I really would not recommend Kevin to anyone. He has a big problem listening to what a customer wants and he always thinks that he is right. What a temper! With so many others to choose from he would be my last choice. Paul B.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Well I gave Kevin Peck a 5 star on our first dock and now I'm afraid the second job he did for us was quiet the opposite...1 star. The covered party dock is wonderful but the add on is horrible. The workmanship is horrible. For example the overhang is different on many of the boards and some do not even have an overhang. The dock was not done right you can't even get on your boat without pulling it out of the dock. I watch all my neighbors hopping on their boat and then pulling out. Secondly his employees cursed so loud that all my neighbors called me to complain so I told Kevin about it, after that the dock went down hill. So if you complain to Kevin your qualitly of work goes down or like in our case incomplete, no way to get on the boat.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended If you need a new seawall or boathouse this is the guy to use. He does exactly what he says he is going to do and is always on schedule. He keeps you informed as to what to expect and what is the next step. We just recently had to replace our seawall (like so many other people in Palm Coast that are experience the "cave-in" of seawalls) and Kevin was recommended by a neighbor/friend. His price for construction beats everyone and so does the quality of work. IF you need a seawall replaced... CALL KEVIN PECK!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended In 2005 Kevin built a boathouse with lift, fish table and sink for my husband and I. He also had the best benches and table in Palm Coast custom made and installed on the dock. In 2009 when we needed a new boathouse built at another house we naturally called Kevin. We never considered calling anyone else for an estimate. Kevin does excellent work, he is very professional, keeps his word, listens and really cares about his customers. He was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. He started and finished when he said he would. Kevin is the hardest working man in Palm Coast. Everyone who sees our dock loves it. I am proud to recommend him to anyone who asks and

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended kevin peck recently completed a sea wall at my home. he started when he said he would and completed when he said he would. he was extremely professional at all times as was his work crew. he kept me informed of all aspects of the job and upon completion did a great job of cleaning up the job site. i would definetly reccomend kevin peck to any potential customers

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Excellent workmanship from Kevin on a dock built for me in the "C" section. Kevin showed true professionalism in taking us to his previous jobs in order to review his work and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Very easy to work with, competively priced, and no problems on the agreed upon draw schedule. Should we expand our dock to include a boat lift, Kevin will be the contractor we select again.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin is a very personable guy who ensures the customer is satisfied with the work. He always kept me aware of his schedule and made me aware of the necessary documents required for the successful completion and final inspection. I was fully satisfied with his work and timliness and have already recommended him to others in the community. I would contact Kevin in the future for other like projects if the opportunity presented itself.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Kevin constructed my boat house and lift 11 years ago. I believe that he was the first in Palm Coast to use stainless steel fasteners for the deck boards and stainless lag bolts to hold the joists and beams underneath to the pilings. As a result, there are no signs of rust and no deck boards lifting up. The structure is as good as new. If anything, his work is over-engineered. I have also seen his installation of sea walls, and they are straight and true and solidly constructed. Kevin is a pleasure to work with. I have kept up with his career, and he is expert in building and maintaining boat houses and lifts, sea walls, and concrete work. I highly recommend him and his work.
