Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Disgusting employees, smoking weed or crack, could not tell, then got in someones car and smoked the tires out of the parking lot. Most unprofessional people I have ever met. Work was very sub par. tires not balanced, had to take them to another garage to be fixed I would never go back to this place. Stay away. The employees try to bully and intimidate you. Very bad people.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! "*ZERO RATING* "THE" worst experience with a local buisness EVER!! Being a local buisness owner at Monster Motorcycles Inc., I try to do my best to "keep the costomer happy". This "hole in the wall" scratched ALL 4 of my custom rims on my Expidition and lied to my face that these "goudges" where there all along. People that know me know that I am a fanitic with all my stuff ie, house, motorcycle,truck, shop,ect. I would NOT recommend these "BUTCHERS" to even work on a big wheel!!Call my shop for any questions. 386-446-4330 This is nothing that I did not tell them directly. Tony Pro

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! BO NOT BUY FROM O-H-I ON US 1 IN BUNNELL!! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND RIP YOU OFF!! THEY BROKE A LUG STUD WHILE REPLACING A TIRE AND WOULD NOT FIX IT. HE (owen) SAID "THEY DON'T FIX THAT HERE" UMM...SORRY, YOU BROKE IT, YOU FIX IT! ANY OTHER PLACE WOULD'VE FIXED IT!! O-H-I TIRES LACKS PROFESSIONALISM! MY NEIGHBOR HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH THEM....ONLY O-H-I BROKE 3 LUG STUDS AND PUT THE TIRES ON LOOSE... THEY WERE ALMOST IN AN ACCIDENT!! O-H-I DID NOTHING TO FIX IT OR APOLOGIZED! GET YOUR TIRES FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF O-H-I TIRES!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Wow, I guess I should've checked on here before I tried using this place! Much stress would not haven taken place. The amount of disrespectful language used by the employees here is very offensive. If you are a female you should not be talked down to just because you are a FEMALE! I was told I would receive a call back when my tires arrived, I never did. Before they will even order new tires for you a $50 deposit must be left, if you use your credit or debit card which most of us do it costs an additional $1.50 each time. So if you leave a deposit, then pay the remainder when the tires come in you will pay another $1.50 to use your card. I paid in full since I needed the tires, knew I would be charged again for using my card. Now, I wonder if this is just a ploy to get you to pay in full or to get cash & bring it back? NO COMMUNICATION, MANY WRONG DELIVERY DATES GIVEN! Anyway, OHI is a joke as far as a business goes will NEVER USE AGAIN, WILL NOT RECOMMEND! RUN AS FAST TO AK TIRES!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! THE AMOUNT OF PROFANITY USED BY THE EMPLOYEES IS DISGUSTING. BEING A PATRON THIS IS THE LAST TYPE OF SERVICE YOU WANT TO RECEIVE. WHY SHOULD ANY CUSTOMER TOLERATE THIS BEHAVIOR? THE BOSS CAN'T EVEN KEEP HIS STAFF UNDER CONTROL! THIS WAS THE POOREST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER! THEY ARE QUICK TO QUOTE YOU ONE PRICE, THEN WHEN YOU PHYSICALLY WALK THROUGH THE DOOR ABOUT A WEEK LATER THE PRICE IS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER. YES, YOU MUST PHYSICALLY WALK INTO THE SHOP TO GET PRICES OR TO ACTUALLY HAVE ANY HUMAN COMMUNICATION, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. THEY ARE QUICK TO PASS THE BLAME & NOBODY TAKES OWNERSHIP OF ANY ERROR! THEY DO NOT CALL YOU WHEN AN ORDER YOU ALREADY PAID FOR COMES IN, YOU MUST PHYSICALLY WALK THROUGH THEIR DOOR, EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD YOU WOULD RECEIVE A CALL, **NOT** WHEN YOU HAVE A QUETION THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF ANSWERING WITH A LEGITIMATE ANSWER YOU ARE THEN CURSED AT! COME ON.. WHO WOULD BE SATISFIED WITH THIS!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I too have patronized this establishment. I found the lack of professionalism to be very disturbing. The language a customer must endure is outrageous. There is no organization, and the lack of communication is unreal. You cannot take this organization for its word, and the work ethic is shot. I will never use this establishment again, nor will I encourage anyone to frequent this business either. **Bad Experience**

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER. ORDERED 2 NEW TIRES PAID IN FULL, TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME WHEN THEY COME IN, NOBODY CALLED, I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE SHOP. TIRES CAME IN BUT THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE SO I REQUESTED TO LOANERS SINCE I HAD TO GO TO DAYTONA WHICH THEY PROVIDED. I WAS TOLD THE TIRES SHOULD BE IN THE NEXT DAY & THEY WOULD CALL ME, SHOCKER THEY DID NOT. AGAIN, I DROVE TO THE SHOP TO HAVE THEM TELL ME THE TIRES DID NOT COME IN, PROBABLY TOMORROW. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN ABOUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION THEY BECAME UPSET & VULGAR TO INCLUDE ONE GUY SAYING F THIS SH*T, AND FLIPPING ME THE FINGER. I WENT INSIDE TO GET A FULL REFUND PUT BACK ONTO OUR DEBIT CARD, THE OWNER WASN'T MUCH BETTER. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. NO TWO HANDS KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. SHOULD BEEN A CLUE WHEN WE CALLED TO GET PRICES AND THE PHONE JUST RINGS ALL THREE DAYS @ VARIOUS TIMES OF DAY. THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE IS BELOW POOR.

Well Done - Would Use Again Prices are quoted on paper as well as on the phone and they dont change unlike some other places I have been. The prices are clear and out-the-door. Some other ones I dealt with change prices daily and they offer no rotation etc for free. I like a place that stands behind there customers well being.
