Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Aradhika is the best.I started taking her yoga classes at the Flagler YMCA 2 years ago, and have not stopped. I followed her to her Bunnell address, and I will follow her anywhere. Her style and love of yoga is reflected in her teaching. She has a great knowledge of each yoga pose and lets us know how beneficial each one is to us. I love the music that she uses, it puts you in tune with your body, physically and mentally while you are in her class. ALL I CAN SAY IS, TRY HER CLASS ONCE.......YOU WILL BE HOOKED. Lindamay

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended ARADHIKA TEACHES A WONDERFUL FLOW YOGA COVERING MANY STYLES. EVERY CLASS IS DIFFERENT. WHAT A FANTASTIC WORKOUT FOR MIND AND BODY. THE DISCIPLINES LEARNED ARE LIFE-CHANGING. I'M USUALLY THE ONLY GUY IN THE ROOM WITH ALL THESE BEAUTIFUL GODDESSES. IF ANY GENTLEMEN ARE READING THIS REVIEW TAKE A HINT. PERSONALLY, HAVE BEEN PRACTICING YOGA FOR 8 YEARS OR SO, AND IT'S THE BEST MEDICINE OUT THERE-KEEPS YOU YOUNG,FLEXIBLE,STRONG AND HEALTHY.DEFINITELY IMPROVES THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF YOUR LIFE. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have tried yoga over the years, and frankly, either hurt myself or didn't enjoy it. Then I heard about Aradhika's Yoga "Beginners Beginner" class. It is held on Mon, Wed, and Friday at 10 a.m. in the Amaral shopping plaza on East Moody Blvd. All I can say is, it is wonderful. Aradhika is a kind, gentle, teacher who mixes her yoga class with fascinating stories from the mystics and legends. Without realizing it, she gentle leads you through poses sometimes challenging--all the while stressing that you "move to the rhythm of your own body, not someone elses. This is not a competition." She is a Master who truly loves her art. I so enjoy going to class and feel absolutely wonderful after each session. If you live in the area, Aradhika's Yoga is so very worth a class!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Best yoga instructor ever! Worth the trip! Aradhika is a fine teacher. Her verbal instructions are so clear enough that you can perform the asanas with your eyes closed. She also comes around to each person and gently helps with blocks and other gear. I cannot rate Aradhika highly enough. Try her class. You will be happy with her yoga classes.
