Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I had the same experience as these other negative reviews. I never even heard back on the last question I asked the guy so I took my business elsewhere.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! 2 months for a pre-approval letter. Ridiculous. Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Agent very lazy, and did not seem like he was working as an advocate for the customer. Agent also swore he knew it all, and didn't appear to be old enough to be out of college. Very disappointed with the service. Nearly cost me a great house.
