Well Done - Would Use Again Michael's is a favorite store of mine. I get most of my crafting needs from them (they don't carry fabric, rats!) and many ideas for new projects come from walking through their aisles. Watch for coupons for extra savings and sign up for the Michael's card. The staff is generally very busy but still give the customer good service. Clean store. Well organized. Can't wait to visit them for another crafting project.

Well Done - Would Use Again WE LOVE MICHAEL'S!! We do tons of art projects and practically LIVE there...it is a super clean, super stocked, giant, creative paradise. BEADS BEADS BEADS!!! They don't always have enough staff, but everyone I have ever encountered have been pleasant and helpful. FUN STORE.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk The employees in this store are less than polite. I had a return and it was as if the cashier was annoyed that I was returning something. She complained through the entire transaction, gave me a hard time about some of the items even though I had the reciept and it was small, inexpensive items. She then failed to say anything when it was completed. I had to ask her if we were finished and all she could say was "yes". (no thank you, have a nice day, nothing). The manager does not do anything to assist in friendly customer service either. They seem to frown on returns. This store gives a bad name to Michaels and Palm Coast.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk BUYER BEWARE: This store has a return policy, "return in its original condition" making MOST of their products impossible to return if you're not satisfied with the quality of the item.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I love this store!! I wish this one was a big some of the others, but we have a craft store here!! Yippee!!!
