Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Hugh has been taking care of our home since we moved here in 2009. He is consistently dependable and always professional. We have had no problem with bugs in our house since we began living here. In addition, Hugh is very conscientious about all facets of pest control. He periodically reminds us to trim trees and shrubs that touch the house and points out other issues that we might not know. But Hugh's best quality is his sensitivity to what is going on in your house. Until recently, we had several cats and Hugh always made sure that they were safe when he treated our home. We highly recommend Palm Coast Pest Services and are sure that you will be as pleased as we are with it.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Hugh has been taking care of our house for the past 10 years. During that time we have had no problem with any kind of pests and have never had to call Hugh to come back outside of our normal treatment schedule. When we first started using Palm Coast Pest Services we had several inside-only cats. We really appreciated his care in treating our home to ensure that our cats were protected and that they were not accidentally let outside. Hugh is a gentleman and a responsible and professional exterminator and we are happy to recommend Palm Coast Pest Services to everyone.

Hugh always does a thorough job with the annual treatment and is here for a few hours treating the nooks, crannies and behind receptacles and switch plates. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I work in a business that lives and dies by reviews, This is one Company and owner that cannot be Recommended highly Enough! After contacting Mr Long about a Family of Rodents who had managed to get into my Attic and a wife who was ready to get a hotel Room, Mr Long showed up at my house the same day I called him, He calmed my better half down and proceeded to solve our problem, (both the rodents & my wifes hysteria) not an easy thing to do I might add. In todays society where owners need to care for their clients but don't, Mr Long is the exception, I rarely see an individual who truly cares about his customer base the way this man does. After proceeding to take care of my problem I asked him for a recommendation to repair my roof and he provided one, They not only came out but also helped calm my wife by coming out on a holiday weekend and making the repairs. If you need a Skilled professional who knows the meaning of customer service Give him a call.you will be glad you did!!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I do not usually post things on websites because I feel that everyone you hire to do work in their field to the best of their ability, but today was different. Hugh has been caring for my home with Pest control as well as Termites. He is very throrough and professional. Today was the 12th year he has come out to do the "once a year pest control" and we love it. We have been bug free ever since. Today he even went above the call of duty and knocked down a huge wasp nest at the top of out home that my wife had been bugging me to get rid of ( pardon the pun). If you do not want unwanted critters in your home, call Hugh and you will not be disappointed. Ooohhh, since we live on the golf course, he put out 6 rat traps around the home and refilled them today too. Thanks Hugh.

He shows up on time, is always friendly and professional and does his job quickly and thoroughly. We are especially appreciative of the way he is so careful with our cats. Hugh) is always finding cracks, and holes, and wood piles, and snakes that I need to remove. Hugh is lot more than a bug killer and preventer. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I contacted Hugh Long and set up an appointment for Feb 2014. Very Professional, arrived on time and treated whole house. Also had problem with ghost ants which were treated for as well. Very good experience. Our problem ants returned about three weeks later and Hugh was right there to address this problem again. I would recommend Palm Coast Pest Services to anyone needing this service.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Hugh has been taking care of my home for the past 5 years and I've never had a problem with bugs even though I have pets and live on a lake. More importantly, though, is when he comes to my house I know that he will be careful of my cats, making sure that they don't get out or that they are exposed to the pesticides. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended What can you say about The BugMan? That the bugs are afraid of my home? True! That if I ever see a bug Hugh wants to know? True! That I have no complaints? Not EXACTLY true. Every time he comes, Hugh lectures me about what I ned to do to keep the bugs away! I need to caulk; I need to move piles of wood; I need to trim where I never do. The list goes on! The truth of the matter is that he is right. I spend so much time working inside that I "forget" much of my responsibilities on the outside. Hugh is simply great! He goes beyond the expected while providing service excellence. He has been coming here for years, and the bugs have not. :-) I need to go caulk some windows now.

All recepticles and switch plates are removed and treated as well as the normal areas, including the attic space. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have used Hugh for some years now, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In the past, if I saw a bug, he would stop over and re-spray as needed. He is always polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He has explained to me ways in which pest control would be a waste of my money in terms of spraying the whole yard, for a small amount of payoff. He always gives you what you need, and nothing you don't. Integrity is hard to find in the business world.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Recently moved to Palm Coast. Had not gotten around to selecting a pest control service. I heard a "Critter" in the attic and then saw a roof rat in the driveway. Using this website I selected Palm Coast Pest Services. All of the reviews were spot on. I called Hugh in the morning and he was on-site by noon. I signed up for his pest services. He explained, in detail, how he treats for all pests. I also contracted for the Termidor termite protection. That was a complicated project and Hugh did a thorough & excellent job. I was concerned about holes being drilled in the concrete outside the front door, to apply the Termidor below the slab. His technician filled the holes and it was a perfect match to the concrete color! Hugh is a total professional, responsive, clean and neat. The best choice I could have made. Oh yeah, the critter was caught in the attic in about 18 hours. Problem solved! Use a small business, like Palm Coast Pest Control and buy American!

Hugh has been either murdering bugs in my home or blockading the coast of my domicile for about 5 years now. We have no bugs. Period. Maybe any single one of these "experts" could achieve that same result. I don't know, and I do not intend to find out either. Why the loyalty? Hugh goes above and beyond. He inspects my home for cracks and crevices that I choose to ignore. He doesn't have to do that, but he does. He makes me feel guitly enough to actually fix the problems! He cares about our pets, and he goes about his work very methodically. I can't say enough good things about Palm Coast Pest Services. I wish I felt the same way about my dentist! :-)

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Great service! I moved to the "W" section in Palm Coast last year and have had their service since June 2010. I am proud to say not a single bug in the house since I have moved into my home. They know what they are doing, respectful of your property, and always on time. I signed up for the annual protection service and the Termite Trench with annual treatments. They cover every zone around your house like you should. No one I have worked with before is better then these folks! Thanks for a pleasant experience Hugh! ** Update 3/15/12...going on Year Three...still no bugs inside! Love it!

Wow, did we have bugs the first night. I called Palm Coast Pest at 8am sharp the next morning. He was here the same day. Hugh explained everything that he could do. Just a note Hugh...I would have paid anything! Hugh spent a lot of time servicing our home. It was not a spray and go service. He even went in the attic. Very ,very good prices for the service. The best part...no more ants, spiders or the huge beetles in the house. Hugh has come back and checked things over since his first visit. Hugh was great in every way. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We are Yankees (Sorry) and have not been used to the bugs that are attracted by warm cliemates and frequent rain storms. we have lived in Florida twice in the past and bugs drove us crazy but now we live on a Fresh Water canal and should expect bugs but not when we have Palm Coast Pest Control keeping them away. We have not had any and when my wife saw something that looked like a bug, she called Hugh and he came over immediately and ensured that we did not have any bugs. We called Hugh Long in the morning - he came out the same day, looked over the situation, gave us informative information an we hired him to eradicate the problem. He worked hard without stopping, was neat in his use of tools and chemicals, was polite, and our neighbors, seeing all this, were so impressed they hired him, too. I do believe that if bugs could organize themselves, there would be a WANTED poster in their town hall with his photo! :-) The real key, however, has been service. I thought I had a bug problem once, and he showed up really fast. The good news? No bug problem here; it's just an older home. The even better news? No service problem here either; Hugh is the definitive BugMan!

We switched to Palm Coast Pest Services and are paying less for better service (we originally had service with a nationwide company). I have yet to call him in between visits due to bugs creeping into my home. With the other company I had before (the one I paid more money for) I usually had to call them an additional couple times a year. All-in-all I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, and price. Not only do they come when they say, but the do a thorough job. I have had no problem with pests ( that have more than 2 legs) since I began using Palm Coast Pest Services. The rare time I have seen a Spider I have called from atop the chair and they came quickly to remove it. :-) My friends and neighbors have had more problems than me with insects and such and I truly think the difference is the treatment & company that I was blessed to find!
