Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Been in Palm Coast for a while now. Happened to see their ad in the mint magazine this month. I took a ride there today. I will start with that if you expect to find a typical New York Italian deli setup its not that way and I understand why. ITS PALM COAST. Having been a business owner here in P.C. The rules and regulations are like nowhere else. So no big deal they don't have all the cheese and sausage hanging from the ceiling. But being from New York they do have the things we were always so used to gettting. Fresh Italian Bread...It was awesome...came home and through it in the oven to warm a bit...spread the butter on it and the family destroyed it...wish I bought a few...next time I will... was able to get the TRUE fusilli pasta that noone else carries...Can't wait for the holidays to buy all the Italian products we were so used to in NY. If you haven't been there try them out. Its worth the trip. Can't wait to go again, which according to my family will be VERY soon.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Went to this deli when it first opened. Had high hopes it might be something like the deli's in NY. Wow....loved it . We go back every week for more. Have been to their special weekend dinners several times. Have never been disppointed. Their reservation only dinners are like being at a small private party. Great fun and the food! O MAMA MIA just like being back home. Try it ...you won't regret it.

As Expected - OK to Recommend Hi Had a little soup and sand the oyher day and if younever triedit you dont know what you are missing. Cant wait for there dinner this Sat night. Cant wait for Pasta night either.If you havent been there yet what are you waiting for. Uncle Junie

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We send a lot of our guests here as they are right across the street, not only do our guests love them, we also eat here frequently and we love it to! Great service, great food. You can't go wrong here!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Our neighbors raved to us about Colletti's the first time they went. They have really gotten everything right in this place! The food is superb, very friendly service, charming (and clean) atmosphere-spot on. They have the freshest bread you can find ANYWHERE in the area- it's delicious. The staff is consistently friendly. You get a real "family vibe" with the owner, his parents, wife and little boy there, it's refreshing, you don't see much of that these days. The rest of the staff that we have dealt with have been great. It is truly a wonderful experience, a must-try. FINALLY, a REAL NY Style Italian Deli. We will be going there for years to come!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Absolutely great food and prices. Everything is cooked fresh using only the best ingredients. I have eaten here more than 15 times, hot food, sandwiches, etc and have never been disappointed. Cold cut prices for boars head cheaper than publix. Try to get a pizza slice on wed or friday (the only days they serve this). Extremely friendly service..you are always made to feel welcome.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Stopped in to get a sandwich at lunchtime...only 2 other customers there before me,thought I'd get in and out quick & back to work....didn't happen. Took 2 to make a sandwich for the first customer,1 to take care of the child there with her mother (a worker) and never bothered to look up and at least acknowledge me in the meantime.The 2nd customer almost left,also ! I got salami on a roll,the roll was stale. Back to the publix deli for me !! I come from NY,never saw a deli like this up there either,even when busy you were always at least said hello to !

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Best pizza in town! I've lived here for 18 years and no one even comes to close the quality and fresh taste of their pizza. I also get sandwiches often (the chicken salad is great)and the bread is never stale! They always say hello to everone who walks in and I've never heard anyone complain about them.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Where am I? New York or Italy. Fugetaboutit! This is my new heaven. From the time I entered, the aroma of Little Italy hits me in the face. If the Soprano's were still around, they would make this place a daily stop. The fresh mozzarella (I was told it is made on the premises each day by the owner Chris) is to die for. If nothing else, get your hands on some of this early, as Chris makes only a certain amount each day. Remember the Italian Hero's of yesteryear? (Hoagies and subways NOT) Well Colletti's has brought them back with a vengeance .The sandwiches are super clausal on the BEST BREAD in this county. When is the last time you had a choice of Semolina Bread anywhere in Fl? This is a family run Italian deli that has what you crave from the old neighborhood Mom and Pop store. From the owners to the workers, all are nice and helpful. You have to give this place a try! PS Thanks guys, the platters for Christmas went over Huge with my family and friends. You will be seeing some new faces.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Awesome place!!!All top of the line meats and cheeses imported from NY. Homemade hot food everyday. REAL zeppolli's made fresh to order.BEST bread anywhere in Palm Coast, Try the pasta fagioli!!!!If they don't have want you want they go out of their way to get it for you. Party platters,catering,good food .......THEY are the premier italian deli in town.
