Well Done - Would Use Again The place is very clean. The staff SO friendly and helpful. The facilities are always open and available for use 24/7. I wish they had stricter rules about membership, like you have to be over 21 and sign a waiver about gym courtesy and steroid use. Loud groups of guys tend to stand around in groups at a certain time, hogging machines at night. They can get so loud that you can't hear the music. They don't seem to be working out. It's just like a hang-out place for them. Some take steroids and can be scary. Some people say they alter their workouts if loud groups of guys are tying up machines or just sitting on them. I recommend the place. But since there is no staff there at night, sometimes it can get as loud as a bar. It's designed to be an in-and-out workout place. There's not really enough room for a group of guys to socialize and hang out on machines. It's a little too guy-friendly that way.
